From beginning to end the customer service was impeccable. Jason, who was my technician was wonderful. He made sure to answer any of my questions and walked me through every step of the process. Josh and Max came out today for a backed up tub. They found a broken pipe underneath the foundation that needs to be repaired. They will return after the owner gets back into town. Thank you so much

Pink is my go to plumbing company. They are probably the only vendors I look forward to coming over and I can't speak highly enough of them. But here I'll try, they are always responsive, professional, and personable. Lou and Adam are great people who do great work. They are the only ones that come by my house. And they have done so much work for me, I should build a guest house to set them up in! Their work is exceptional and they put up with my, probably excessive amount of, questions. They always clean up after themselves too. I just took it for granted. However during a recent remodel I've had problems with other contractors messing everything up. And having to yell or followup with their boss just to get them to cleanup. They are so thorough and energetic. Even when Lou was working on my extractor pump, the very first time I met him, he was responding to questions and laughing at my attempts at humor. If you know what an extractor pump deals with you'll understand that repair isn't a positive experience. But he was just working away being pleasant.

I had issues regarding my kitchens plumbing and plumbing within 5 minutes, I was educated on my issue and directed in the right directions as far as materials and procedures. Thanks Justin! He had a game plan for me almost instantly. Best part was the unprecedented level of actual concern for me to get what I needed to get done, without the intention of taking my money. If you want rude and disrespectful people coming to your home then pick these people. Said he would give a discount for cash and need half upfront, Then said he needed to go get some parts. 3 Hours later they show up high on drugs, and they never fixed the problem. They had to come back the next day to finish. Then when they completed the work the price had gone up $100.

I called this company to remove a shower head and Craig noticed I might have a leak. It was confirmed and I did have a leak. I’m so glad he found that because if he didn’t , the damage never would have been covered. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with all my questions. I highly recommend!

Anthony did a good job replacing the garbage disposal.

Have had Stefan come out for 2 minor things. Both times he was fast, efficient and prompt. I recommend him highly. I will call on him for all my plumbing needs.

Logan did an amazing job. He removed our water softener so we could have our garage flooring resurfaced. He cleaned up the old plumbing and removed the soldering replacing it with crimped connections. Looks better than new. He also fixed leaks we had on the water softener.I would highly recommend Logan for all your plumbing needs.

Finally an honest plumber who fixes what needs to be fixed and doesn’t try to upsell.

Sammy was very helpful and through. He took the time to answer questions and explain what was happening. Also a reasonable price.

Mark was very professional and explained what he saw with the video camera. This was a random call because of a discounted offer. He did well more than most plumbers would have. ... other than unclogging a drain no other repairs were done.

Simon and his brother, Alex, came out today to repair our shower valve and replace our kitchen faucet. They were prompt, and very professional. Simon showed me what was wrong with our shower valve and why he used the particular replacement part he chose. I really appreciated that. I have a better understanding of what we have and why it is worth keeping and simply repairing it (rather than replacing it). I have had another plumber in the past, but he was too busy to come out. Simon was busy too, but got us onto his schedule quickly. I was impressed with his attention to detail and care for our job. I recommend Simon without hesitation.
