Called through Choice Warranty and my claim was rejected by CW. Amigo worked with me so I could afford to pay for entire job out of pocket! Did the job fast and right after another company improperly installed my Garbage Disposal 10 months ago. I would use Amigo again!

08/25/2021 Amer Khudher just replaced 2 ceiling fans for us. He came last week to look at the job and provide a price. He came back this morning and did a wonderful job. I know it's not rocket science, but one of the old fans had a bulb broken off in a socket and we needed someone who could handle the power as well as the physical install. We continue to be pleased with all Hobaica service people. Great company staffed by great people.

07/03/2021 Travis Vanau helped save our July 4 holiday. The problem was a clogged condensation line on our master bedroom AC system, but there wasn't any way to know that when the only symptom was a completely dead system. He had us up and running very quickly and even checked the AC system line at the other end of the house. The fact that the solution was simple only adds to the comfort we will enjoy for the rest of the holiday weekend. Thanks to Travis.

Brandon installed a valve in a gas line to our firepit so we could shut off the gas while some work was done in that area of the backyard. It wasn't cheap, but it was done quickly, efficiently, and safely. Brandon was very friendly and helpful, too. The work in the yard can now get started without fear of a gas leak or other emergency.

05/21/2021 Jacey M moved an electrical outlet in our backyard to accommodate the new bbq location. Very well done and we are sure it meets code. Best to work with professionals and Hobaica is certainly one of those.

Brandon was back to unclog the kitchen sink drain. He gave a good assessment of the problem and provided a couple of options for work to be done. We took his advice and things are much better. If this step doesn't provide a long-term solution we know what needs to happen next and we will call him back. We are very satisfied.

The technician came on time and quickly identified the issue. He was courteous and knowledgeable. We were 100% satisfied with the service. We high recommend this company!

I was very pleased with the quality and professionalism of our plumber, Mark. (On the other hand, I was not pleased with the quality of my pipes. Yuck. Not even the roto rooter would clean them out. I guess when you live in a 70 year old house, you gotta expect some problems.)Mark explained everything thoroughly, was quick, professional, efficient, friendly and cleaned up after himself. In addition, he offered me the opportunity to join the maintenance program. It was pretty much a no-brainer since it saved my 10% on my plumbing bill. All in all, an excellent experience.

I want to give their team and the owner Frank a big thx’s . My husband and I contacted this company due to some of the reviews , and I‘m actually shocked to see how great the results were. They came out to give me an estimate last Tuesday, then had my ac up and running by Wednesday due to my crazy schedule . (I was so glad they were able to work around that as well). They really took interests in stuff which I thought were the problems , and from there they were able to explain the procedures they were going to do, which I was thankful for because I didn’t want them making adjustments I might’ve not approved . Responded quickly with technician showing up the next morning. Wire to cap was cooked and replaced along with new wiring. Freon was added to system as it was a pound low.

Total cast was under $1200.

I broke the spigot pipe in my back yard on a Saturday morning. I called ACE and they sent Tristin to help us. He arrived earlier than expected, was very friendly, and professional. He was able to get the spigot replaced and my water was back on in no time at all. Also I was expecting to part with some coin due to it being an emergency and it was the weekend. The cost of the repair was not very expensive. I would definitely use & recommend Tristin and ACE to my family and friends.

Lee Collins installed two new heat pumps for my house just before the summer and everything worked great throughout the summer heat.however when I turned one of the units to the heat mode a couple of days ago it did not come on. I knew that it has something to do with the thermostat wiring.
I called Lee Collins and Angela scheduled Kyle to come over early the next day. Kyle fixed the problem within 10 minutes and it working great.
Kyle was running late on another appointment so Angela made sure to call me and let me know that.
Lee Collins did a very good job in all aspects.
