Thank you to the entire Pink Plumbing team. Working with Chris and his teams made it easier to digest the unfortunate situation of multiple breaks in a kitchen drain line. His teams were extremely communicable, on-time, professional and focus on ensure our kitchen was back up and running. Initially provided a 2 day project timeline, which we did not think was doable. They met the timeline, did great work and will use them in the future.

Noah and the team were incredibly helpful, curteous and knowledgeable. Needed to repair and replace sewer pipe and the connection to the city sewer due to severe root problem. Completed repairs just as promised, on time, no delays and when they left everything looked as if it wasn't even touched. I can't say enough good things about them and wholeheartedly recommend. Benjamin Franklin was great - easy to schedule, Roger was on time, quick with finding a solution to our problem, and cleaned up the bathroom nicely. Will definitely use again.

If I could give this company 10 stars, I would. Our AC went out when it was over 100 degrees outside in Arizona. We were working with another company that came over and partially diagnosed the issue, then were a no show when they said they would come out again and do the repairs. They kept rescheduling us and not showing up. After this went on for a while I called Parker & Sons and explained what was happening and that we had an elderly person at home to whom this heat was detrimental. Edgar from Parker & Sons, came out the same night, and thoroughly diagnosed the issue. We had a collapsed duct, blown motor and a fuse that needed to be replaced. Since it was evening time, on a Friday before a long weekend when he came out, he let me know the motor would not be available until Tuesday. When Tuesday rolled around Edgar was at my house, as promised, and had my AC up and running. I will never use another company for anything related to my HVAC. Parker & Sons is the best! The staff and technicians behaved very professionally and I felt valued as a customer.

I highly recommend Simon. I’ve used him twice now. The first time was an emergency plumbing leak on a Sunday afternoon and second was for a hot water heater replacement. Both times I found him exceptionally responsive and professional. Simon has excellent workmanship skills. Simon was referred to me by someone else and I happily would refer him to you.

No way to hide about them because they were excellent in their service! We called them in the middle of night about our plumbing issue and in that time they were responsive and answered us politely. Professional, prompt and friendly in every way. Definitely recommend.
