I thought we had a septic tank for our sewer service, turns out we are on city sewer and sanitation. I called Sewer Time thinking we had a septic pipe leak but it was the main sewer pipe to the street. Dan at Sewer Time explained how my sewage and water system works and that they were a full licensed plumbing company and they dug up and replaced our sewer line. They did it fast and were very clean doing the work. I want to recommend these guys to everyone sewer system or septic system they do it all.

We have used this company since 2008 for septic pumping. They did our initial inspection and 2 subsequent pumping. We even purchase our bacteria for the tank from them.
They have recently been bought out and ever since the service has been awful. It took almost 3 weeks and 4 phone calls to get a years supply of the bacteria. It took 2 weeks and 3 phone calls to schedule a pumping service, which they didn't show up for. So it took another call. They finally showed up damaged the filter, left the tank open (no backfill) and then wanted $1000 to replace filter. I said no and yo please come and backfill the tank. They said they would the next day. Guess what??? They didn't. I would recommend going with someone else. These guys have gone way downhill!

I really can't say enough good things about Jake and Black Mountain. We operate a short term rental and had our septic tank filter clog and tank needing to be pumped. To make matters worse, we didn't know where the exact location of the tank or lids since the home was a fairly recent purchase for us. Jake located, dug everything up, installed risers, new filters, lid and cleared our blockage. All within a few hours of our call. We had a real sh*tty situation on our hands, but Jake took care of quickly, effectively, and a very reasonable rate. We now have a reminder to have them out for our annual inspection and cleaning here on out.

We had the same tub drain unclogged in May 2019 by another plumbing company, and it seemed to work fine, The tub drained well. We were gone out of town from May to November. About mid-November, my wife complained that the tub was draining slowly, eventually taking about 40 minutes to drain completely. Anthony's tech, Kai Johnson, brought in her cable and within a few minutes the clog was cleared. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable. My wife says the tub has completely drained almost before she has gotten out, much faster than before. Thank you!!

Overrall I think the work done was above average. Where I have a problem was with the cost. To replace my kitchen faucel and flush the water heater it cost over $1,100. Maybe I am living in the past, but that just seems outrageous.

Find another company to work with. Absolutely terrible service. Not only are their services terrible, but they do not stand behind their work. Replaced a shower cartridge with them, it failed in 3 months. Called me back to say they will charge me the same amount to do the same repair? Sorry guys, if I take my vehicle in for a repair, and the repair fails is short amount of time, you guys should stand up behind your work. They didnt. I will never use this company again, stay clear and work with better companies out there.

As what normally happens, Fourth of July weekend rolls around and (Saturday) I step out into the garage to find it flooded; water gushing from the now defunct water heater. I have Old Republic insurance and I called them. They emailed Jay's Plumbing Service and AOC-Arizona Plumbing...In addition to the Old Republic email, I also called Jay's Plumbing and AOC-Arizona Plumbing and got recordings, left a message...That was Saturday, it's now Monday, still waiting on a phone call. (Thankfully I don't need them anymore!) Because I have an elderly parent living with me, this water heater had to be fixed the same day. I called Valleywide Plumbing. Matthew Kondrath answered (Yes, a real person answered the phone!) There was no B.S. with Matthew. He told me the time he would be out and how much the cost was to replace the water heater. No hidden fees or holiday up-charges were loaded into the cost. In fact, the cost was barely higher than what I had paid for the previous hot water tank eight years earlier. Matthew told me he had another job he was finishing up on. He said he would pick up the new hot water tank from his supplier and be at my property by noon (which, btw, was on the other side of town from where Matthew was working.) I felt like a ton of bricks had been lifted from my back when he said he would be out. Two hours later, Matthew was at my house at noon, right on time as discussed. He was kind enough to work with me and interact with the pain-in-the-neck Old Republic Insurance people needing tons of information in order to process a partial refund to me through my insurance. Matthew drained and hauled out the old, broken water heater. Put in the new one, did some pipefitting, wrote up the order/receipt and left around an hour or so later. All of this was in 110 degrees by the way. Matthew was pleasant, knowledgable, kind and efficient I had never used this company before, I will use them for any and all services they provide. Thank you Matthew for taking time out of your holiday weekend to help me and my family...it is truly appreciated and will not be forgotten.

We called them at 8:30 and they were here and done by 10:30. I called 2 other companies, which either didn't answer or were booked 2 weeks out and didn't call back to make an appointment as promised. The driver was professional, pleasant and helpful in showing me what the problem was and how we could fix it ourselves. I would definitely recommend this company.

I am so grateful for the team of Rooter Rangers who came to look at our plumbing issues. Our master toilet was backing up into our shower..Barney was the 1st came out and was so great at talking me thru his process. He was upfront about the possibility of the cost changing vs what was originally quoted. When he couldn’t solve the issue ( after trying for almost 3 hours) he reached out his Supervisor Jared. Jared walked him thru the steps he took and encouraged him the he did it all right. Jared then came out to take a look. We didn’t know where the clean out were for our house. Turns out they were buried in our front yard. Jared never gave up searching even as the rain came poring down. After running the camera thru the clean out Jared recommended “power washing” the pipes to see if that would clear out the clog and he could get a better view of everything. Due some other unexpected issues in our neighborhood we ended up having to schedule the “power wash” for the next day. Dillion showed up just as scheduled and was just as friendly and polite as Barney & Jared. After Dillion was done Jared inspected the system again. Dillion didn’t go as deep as it needed so Jared helped and walked him thru completing it. And it worked!!! Yay!! Jared inspected everything with cameras and to our surprise it was all in great shape.Jared and his team were so easy to work with. They were great at explaining everything as well as answering all my questions. Thank you to Rooter Rangers (especially Jared, Barney & Dillion) for fixing our plumbing issue!!

We had an issue with tenants that were complaining that water was backing up into the shower consistently, we called Option 1 and they were there that day, had all of the tech to diagnose the issue and had the problem fixed that same day. They were professional, fast and reasonable with the price. They’re plugged in the phone as the only plumber I’d call!

I had leaking water heater that had a tank. Bumblebee was able to get to me same day! I was given quotes for both replacing my current water heater & tankless water heater. After a brief negotiation I decided on tankless. Adrian & Miguel did an amazing job installing! Adrian answered all of my questions plus his installation was professional, neat & clean. Once again, we needed a plumber at my house. We purchased two new faucets for the bathroom and needed them professionally installed because there was a leak and significant calcium buildup on all the valves which needed to be replaced as well.. I called Mr. Rooter and scheduled an appointment for the next day. I got a call the day of the repair to confirm the appointment and Dan, the technician was right on time. He was very pleasant and easy to work with.After giving us a quote on the repairs, we told him to continue. He was fast and thorough. After the repairs, he checked the valves on all the faucets and tested our water for hardness.I highly recommend Mr. Rooter and will call them again for my plumbing needs. I was really impressed by the service I received with Rooter-Man. In the past the plumbers I've used weren't that friendly and seemed to try an overcharge for services I didn't need. That wasn't the case with Roy - he was extremely friendly and took the time to explain what was going on with our main sewer line. He was knowledgeable and gave us a really great deal. I had called other businesses and they had the best prices. Would definitely use again.
