Responsive, prompt and professional

We have used Pink Plumbing for both a leak/faucet repair in our kitchen and for an upgrade to our shower valve in one of our bathrooms. Their technicians are responsive, knowledgable and give you multiple options to solve your plumbing needs. While I hope I won't need a plumber anytime soon, Pink Plumbing will be my go-to should the need arise.

Ozzie came out late on a Saturday afternoon and reworked our broken water heater so that we had water and plumbing until Monday when the home warranty technician could come out. Just based on that, I would use them again.

My water heater was gushing water and I was told they could not send someone out for almost a week. I found several other plumbers that could make it out the same day or the following. I'm not sure what the issue is here but, a "we can send someone out next week" is an extremely poor customer experience. If they are having some type of staffing issue or covid related problem, they should notify you of that, not act like next week is a respectable answer.

I've had both Tim Harris & Jason Osborn out to my home and both were extremely knowledgeable and honest in their assessments. I actually contacted them for a second opinion initially and was extremely grateful I was put into contact with them. This company executes on high morals and definitely has the best interest of the consumer in mind.
