Phoenix Home Remodeling did all of the heavy lifting on a fix and flip project for me! It's was only my second project and these guys made it a nice and easy experience. In the fix and flip world, or life in general, you hear horror stories about how contractors have been a nightmare....NOT THESE GUYS!!! Super friendly, prompt, kept a clean and neat worksite. I'd use them again and def recommend to anyone that asks. I'll def be calling them for the next one......hopefully they'll still have time for us little guys!

Working with the Dreamstyle team was an easy process from the salesman Lou who explained everything in great detail and got us all set up and Sarah the project manager who kept us informed every step of the way, to the install team Dan and Art who did a great job getting our bathroom show install completed, they were very professional, courteous, and did an amazing job in just 2 days. We used Structura Remodeling for our remodeling job for the front exterior of our home, to include the installation of a new front door as well as outside lighting. I wasn't sure my request could be accomplished since our home was very traditional and I was looking for a more modern look. Upon meeting with Kobe, the owner, and discussing what we were looking for, Kobe was very attentive and understood our needs. Not only did he get the work done quickly and efficiently, but I can't say enough about the finished results. Absolutely amazing! It was well worth it and so glad we chose Structura remodeling for our remodeling needs.

We highly recommend Homework Remodels! Steve and Sheila spent time providing us with quality blueprints and excellent home décor/interior design selections for our new 400 square foot casita. We live in a historic neighborhood and they have proven experience obtaining the required city permits and approval from the Phoenix Historical Preservation Society. They removed our dilapidated garage and replaced it with an amazingly beautiful and quality-built casita! We would like Ross, our Homework Remodels’ project manager, to oversee all of our projects! He kept the project moving smoothly and made sure the work was completed to high, quality standards. After examining the completed casita, contractors we know gave the work their high praise!

Rudest salesperson I have ever encountered told us they were not a reseller contactor only. Told them I wanted to have someone install a custom shower, told us they were not even interested in talking to us until November, but feel free to look around.

My existing walk-in shower developed a crack in the corner grout after only about two years following my new-build house being completed. The water had been slowly leaking into the connecting wall, causing the baseboard to bubble and discolor. At that point, I was adamant about replacing the whole thing with a groutless design, and having everything done right the first time. I researched three different companies to remodel my whole shower area. AZ BathMasters won the bid due to their reputation for quality, but they also came out on top in overall value. Both of the other companies offered inferior-quality materials, with one of them quoting an estimate significantly above AZ BathMasters' price. It was an easy decision. And AZ BathMasters didn't disappoint. What an excellent team with great synergy. Scotty was right there at the start of the job and throughout to ensure the integrity of the design--he prevented me from making a pretty significant mistake in what I had originally envisioned, and even offered some other design modifications that improved the overall aesthetics even more! Matt and his team performed the actual work, and I couldn't be more pleased with the level of care, expertise, and workmanship. Matt himself realized, right in time before implementing it, that there was one element of the design that should be adjusted to make it even better--and Scotty concurred. Make no mistake, this team is at the top of their game. With that said, I always like to offer some feedback on how to make the whole experience even better, and as a few others have pointed out, perhaps more contact between the original time of estimate and when the actual work begins would help address any concerns customers may have (especially if the estimated start date is going to be a bit off for whatever reason). Otherwise, I strongly recommend this company to perform the work you have in mind with the quality you would expect.

I worked with Holtzman Home Improvement on my recent shower remodels, everything was effortless, efficient, and overall pleasant. Ross turned our outdated primary suite into a beautiful, functional new space. Our jetted tub from 1990 is now a spacious shower outfitted with gorgeous natural stone. What was once our muted yellow stall shower is now a linen closet with ample storage. Floors, paint, fixtures, and the works - my husband and I absolutely love our new space.

Ross was easy to work with, tidy, and punctual. He took my envisioned design and improved it. Ross is very detail-oriented and thorough — you can tell he puts his heart into what he does.

Our project was taking out our garden tub and shower in our master bath and putting in a walk in shower. It ended up taking a week longer than expected because of our glass installation, but the end result was fantastic. Marjeanne and Skylar oversaw the entire installation, making sure that things were done correctly. The crews that were hired on: tilers, plumbers, and glass installers were all professional. Everyone cleaned up their areas to the point that you couldn't tell that they were there. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone looking to remodel their bathroom or kitchen because they do excellent work.

Quality craftsmanship and they went above and beyond to take care of anything we needed or asked of them. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a remodel done the right way.

I have worked with Jeff for over 5 years in our home remodel projects. His knowledge is broad because he has done all jobs related to cabinets and countertops working his way from the ground up. He knows design and installation like no other. His skill set is critical because he never overlooks the tiny little details that make a huge difference in the end. He is easy to reach, prompt to return calls and does his very best to be available to meet you at the showroom, or at your job site, to accommodate your needs. He is on time for appointments, communicates with you about the status of your order so you can keep your contractors lined up and keep your schedule on track. Not everyone does all this, or has people that understand the importance of timing. We have shopped around a lot, and twice used other companies, but learned our lesson and just go to Jeff for our cabinet or countertop needs now. I hesitate to refer anyone, but Jeff is one of only 3 people I would recommend to others. (For the other two, one does hardscapes and one is a painter.) Very poor service! They promise the job will be great but when the technician arrived he spent more time outside talking to a man who pulled up next to my driveway than he spent doing the job. After he finished the application he showed me what he had done. I pointed out all these imperfections. He said he would come back but I had to call the company to find out what was going on. I was told the technician randomly came by one day but I wasn't home so the matter was resolved. I provided the office lady Colleen with photos and she claimed the job could not be perfect like a new tub. I said these imperfections need to be fixed. She sent her technician out and he removed the coating and said goodbye. Colleen called and said they didn't think I'd be happy with their application so this was the end of the project. I was told I would receive a refund. I'm still waiting for a refund. I hired another company and they agreed the job done was not done right. The tub should have been stripped first(it wasn't). Still waiting for a refund. I found there is no history of this conpany on BBB and they see not listed with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors so I would avoid them!

Colleen blames the customer but she totally ignores the photos showing bubbling and puckering of the acrylic material in all the other areas. Her tech Tomas told me the tub would be ready to use in 24 hours. A tile guy came out 72 hour later and gently taped off the wall from the tub using painters tape. Where the acrylic was bubbled the worst it peeled. I showed these photos and explain what happened to another company in town and they said that it should never peel off with painters tape after three days of drying, and they also agreed with me that the bubbling and puckering is abnormal and that is not a good job, and it shows that the material applied was not adhering properly and that is definitely a company problem not mine And despite saying that I have received a refund, I have not received a refund. I plan on filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well as the ROC.
