I walked in to see if they could beat a price. Guy got so offended he threw his hands up and said “we’re just done here” and walked away. Haha talk about business etiquette I could not stop laughing while telling the story to my colleagues at Homesmart.

Rob and his crew are amazing! We had our tile removed today and it's exactly as stated: left cleaner than when they found it! The quote was easy to understand and fair. Communication was excellent. While the work was being done, we were alerted to a few issues. Best part - they offered solutions! I knew we'd have problems but having some options really helped relieve stress! After the tile was gone and floors were being cleaned up, they were even cleaning things that were not affected by the work being done - thresholds, light fixtures, etc. Really went above and beyond! We highly recommend Rob and his group at Flooring Professionals!

It pains me to leave a less than stellar review, but unfortunately the work performed by Heath @ Urban Customs will require us hire another company to finish the job he finished. We hired Urban Customs to resurface and patch our existing bamboo floors, but in the end the result of their work was subpar. After they completed their work we were left with the following issues:

- a floor with gaps between the planks
- floating planks that are noisy. In spots you an actually watch the plank move/ give way with any amount of pressure. This movement has caused further damage to adjacent planks, causing those to split and crack. *Our floors were not creaky prior to this project*
- tubes of filler (that were mismatched to our flooring) and we didn't know how to use. We were told we could use it to fill any major gaps.

These issues and others were brought up multiple times to both Heath and Rachel. Instead of addressing and fixing the issues we were met with a list of reasons and excuses as to why they would not or could not fix and finish our floors. We were also told how their work and the end result was completely acceptable.

As small business owners we wanted to support a fellow small business, but when it comes to flooring I would not recommend this company to anyone. They lack attention to detail and leave projects unfinished.

AK Brands did an outstanding job in updating our kitchen and master bathroom in our home in Scottsdale. We got gorgeous grey Quartz countertops, stunning subway tiles, and new faucets and tub-and-shower plumbing. We went from worn out mediocrity to premium quality. My wife and I are extremely pleased with both quality and price. Mr. Kasraee went above and beyond to work with us. His team of craftsmen and workers were professional and courteous and did excellent work. We love the look and quality of our updated home. Very much worth the investment. Thank you, AK Brands.

I don’t usually write reviews but I absolutely have to make an exception when it comes to the folks from Arizona Home Floors Dust Free Tile Removal. Their service is awesome! I had the pleasure of speaking to Nick who actually made arrangements for his crew to come that same day! Nick explained the Dust Free process that they use and I have to say I was a bit skeptical. However when his crew showed up 2 hours later I was amazed. They resurfaced my entire kitchen and bathroom floor and there was NO DUST! The did an amazing job for a very very reasonable price, and left my entire home broom clean like they were never there! I highly recommend this company to anyone who is considering tile removal. They truly do superb work! Thanks again guys!

I picked this vibrant Moroccan cement tile in custom colors which is a service I never knew existed. Either way very excited to receive this and further add to my review but the service I got at Home Solutionz - Scottsdale was 1st class and I’m certain the material I chose is equally as top grade. Have to check out this place the showroom is insane. Classic cars, weird and wonderful floors, tiles from all over.

I was in need of a durable and long lasting solution for my garage floor and they delivered just that.

They were quick and efficient. Showed up when they said they wood. Floor looks great. There are some fumes from epoxy coating but seem much better the second day.

Checked in with me a few times during the process to let me know how it was going and tell me of any issues that arose and what options I had to navigate around them. One of the worst companies I've ever worked for. Constant inappropriate behavior. High school drama. Favoritism. Supervisor and managers are disrespectful and do not care about your success as an employee. Training was ridiculous and they do not care. Its a joke how bad training is around the office. Lindsay Anderson(Director) laughs about it. Things weren't going good for the company as a whole. Constant mistakes. Losing money and bad service. That's why the turnover rate is really high.

Not sure if they do good work, couldn’t ever get them out to our house. They came out for a quote and took half up front with no problem. When it came down to doing the job they asked to reschedule, we refused. Then on the day they were suppose to install the tile they NO SHOWED. Nobody ever called and explained what was happening and nobody would return our phone calls. We waited around all day (took work off) to find out they weren’t coming. They wanted to reschedule us with the same installer that no showed...didn’t want to risk it happening again so asked for a refund. Getting your money refunded is also a headache. I will give Dan some credit, since he was the only one who cared about our situation and gave us the initial quote. But honestly save yourself the hassle, go elsewhere!
