Own a business in Glendale and Pink Plumbing and Sewer rock! Totally professional and fast as hell. Definitely happy they came in and fixed my clog as soon as I called! Highly recommend if you need any plumbing needs.

I paid $250 for a camera inspection on my sewer line to assess the orange berg plumbing at my house. I wanted to have the inspection completed and get a quote for replacement or any other suggestions the company had prior to renovating my backyard. When I originally contacted the company, they were prompt and pleasant to work with in scheduling an appointment.Here is the sequence of events:1. June 2021: Initial appointment and payment of $2502. Never received the video or any quotes for additional services, despite verbally discussing with technician3. I contacted the company, who told me "the camera inspection has a data corruption file" and they'd return to redo the inspection at no charge4. July 2021: Second appointment for inspection5. Never received the video or any quotes for additional services (again)6. August 2021: Contacted the company several time requesting the video - we went back and forth several times throughout August and September. I was told they "have not been able to get all of the USB drives in yet. If I do not receive it the next couple of days we will touch base again."7. After ZERO contact or reply, November 2021: Asked for a refund, as I did not receive any of the services I paid forSince then, I have attempted several times to work with the company to get the services I paid for OR a refund. They replied ONE time, only when I threatened to report them to the BBB on Feb 15, 2022. Since then, no replies again.I understand that many businesses are busy right now and understaffed. I am simply asking to receive the inspection I paid for or receive a refund. I am shocked to find the company's business practice includes having people pay for things, delivering nothing, and then ignoring them to hope they forget. I've tried all reasonable efforts to communicate with the company to rectify the situation and have had no luck.

The Moon Valley Plumbing team recently installed some ground level cleanouts and re-conditioned the cast iron piping in our 50+ year old home. This was after another company stated they would have to rip up our concrete floor having identified the problem as a broken pipe. Moon Valley had the specialized equipment to correctly identify the problem and saved us thousands of dollars (and weeks of time) in the process. Travis and his crew (Dan, Cole, and Kenny) are honest and reliable and I they will be my plumbers of choice going forward. Thank you!

Once again (I live in a 50+ year old house) I am thrilled at the service I received from this company. In this case, Steve #3 took the time, and had patience with me, as he fixed my toilet tank - and today it works PERFECTLY!

Steve wraps his expertise up in a kind, caring and humorous personality that, like sunrise and sunset, you can ALWAYS count on. He listens, he helps, his manner is always that of service, and he has always gotten it right with my family. The prices are always fair and competitive and the service (at least for me) never needs a return call - in other words, they get it right the first time.

You may be able to find a cheaper company out there, or one that promises the moon and stars, but I can tell you this: I have been on this earth long enough to know I want excellent, I want promises kept, I want money where mouth is, and I want it fixed correctly with no hassles. And that is exactly why I will always call Accent Plumbing. Call, Come, Fix, Done.

If you want rude and disrespectful people coming to your home then pick these people. Said he would give a discount for cash and need half upfront, Then said he needed to go get some parts. 3 Hours later they show up high on drugs, and they never fixed the problem. They had to come back the next day to finish. Then when they completed the work the price had gone up $100.

Daniel came out today and found the lint filter just full. I had just changed it and didnt figure that would be the problem. We talked about not needing one in the house.Were running the machine now and hope this was the fixWe are VERY pleased with the service and recommend.

It is not often when a plumbing company refers business to another plumbing company. As a property manager we had a main water leak at a rental property, Wyman Plumbing was not able to get out there as quickly as we were hoping so they recommended another plumbing company to us. The staff at Wyman Plumbing was patient with our tenant who, unfortunately, was not very professional or kind to them. They diffused the situation and remained calm throughout. We have also used Wyman plumbing for other work orders and was quick to respond, professional to our tenants and also kept us apprised. Stephen is extremely knowledgeable, professional and has great pride in his work. When he completes a project he goes back checking his work. Thus insuring the job was done correctly the first time. I have no hesitation recommending him to anyone or calling if I needed his services again.

Jack was very nice and polite. Job done on time when he said. He was also on time. We asked about on-line coupon and he indicated they weren’t any. We found one on line after transaction so he did note ticket for discount next time. We would have saved over $60 dollars on this trip. Otherwise all very good.

My AC unit stopped working (in 100 degree weather). Fortunately we had met a Parker rep at Home Depot the weekend before our outage so I called her and she set us up with a tech for the very next morning. Nate, our tech, was fantastic. Diagnosed the issue and presented all of the options (repair vs replace). We opted for repair. He discovered an additional broken part that he didn’t have on his truck but tracked it down in town and went to get it. I am thoroughly happy with Parker and will be sharing Nate’s contact info with all of my friends and family when they have AC needs.

We have had another plumbing company who we used for many years to clean our drains, as it seems to be an annual issue anymore in our older home. This year they gave us an outlandish estimate to run the kitchen, laundry and shower drain. We then called the Aussie Plumber who came the next day. Great experience, very reasonable charge. Franz was knowledgeable, very personable, and fixed our issue. He have us another quote to jet our lines which we will do soon. We now have a new plumbing service and they are a neighbor nearby. Highly recommend!

We suddenly had no hot water and were going out of town in the AM for my daughter’s wedding. David responded to a call we made in the late afternoon, was skillful and professional, and kindly and cheerfully stayed into the early evening to install a new water heater for us. Beyond excellent!
