When we moved in to our new house I wanted our washer and dryer back in the house instead of in the garage where the past owners had moved it. The heat on my water heater went out. Anthony's plumbing came out and my tech was Eric. Outstanding job. He was professional, knowledgeable and kind. Eric explained everything in detail as well so I could understand what had happened to the water heater. We had to wait for the part to come in, but he wasted no time getting here first thing in the morning. The job was done well and I have hot water. I must also say that both times Eric came and the second day he had Anthony with him, both men were groomed well, clean clothes and more than presentable. I only say this because it is nice to see this in a profession where a suit and tie are not required. I have plenty of service people come to the house who look a mess, and although the job requires you to get dirty, you can see these two guys took pride in their job and appearance therefore PROFESSIONAL. Thank you. We will use Anthony plumbing again.

First time calling in, appointment service was great. From being greeted to appt confirmation, it was all a great experience. Armando showed up on time expected, I received a call to let me know tech was on his way. Once Armando arrived, he was very professional and knowledgeable as I was going over all the problems I had reported. He was quickly able to analyze and quote repairs along with suggested changes. Armando estimated the time needed and completed work before expected. All work completed was very well explained along with expectations on other repairs needed/suggested. Will definitely consider calling them again for any plumbing need. They have great energy, very friendly and professional.

I called Hero Home Services for a backed up toilet. Ernie came out on time, he was very professional and courteous. He augered the toilet in attempt to solve the issue. We came to the conclusion that the toilet needs to be replaced due to old age. I will be using their services from here on out. They are an amazing company and I will keep their business. Finally a plumber I can trust! Thanks Ernie you’re our hero :)

Called and emailed several times to get a quote for my septic system to get fixed. Followed up 4 times and they never got back to me. Sad that the basics of getting back to customers is not followed. Everyone is busy and has lots of work but these companies won't survive when they are competing for customers again. Don't waste your time and steer clear.

What an experience, my house was flooded on a Tuesday night. My knowledge was so minimum with my system, after trying to figure it out through the night I figured that my septic was full ?.

I called Ajax the next day and within a couple of hours Sean was able to help me. Now I know that my system has to be checked every other year. ?

Don’t trust these guys. I had a plumbing leak a while back and they came to repair it. They ended up tearing apart two rooms in my house. Then recommended a restoration company that is owned by the same people to repair the damage. They charged my insurance an obscene amount, and while dealing with my insurance for payment they tried to strong arm me by filing a lien against my house. They waited to inform me of all of this while I was on vacation . When trying to resolve any issues with my insurance they were rude and unhelpful. I have never had such a poor experience dealing with a service provider. Additionally, I now realize that most of the damage they caused was likely unnecessary. I wish I had known about their devious business practices. They did fix the leak … so two stars for that… but beware.

The tech (Sorry I did not get his name) Came out he was right on time we did not know where the pump out was located . He spent quite a bit of time finding it and digging for it. He was able to unclog the grease that was in the drain pipe . He added a piece of pipe so we could find it easier next time a he did a great job straightening up the landscape that he had to tear up in the process of finding the clean outs and tank.
I was expecting to pay more for the amount of time and work he did.
He was very friendly and he explained what he was doing and he did not do any more work than what was necessary. It sure is nice when you get the service done right the first time.

My husband and I were constantly sneezing in our home and we were told that an air scrubber may be helpful. I called One Call Services and Mitch installed an air purifier in the air duct and within days the air in our home was so much cleaner and fresher smelling and our sneezing stopped. Great job Mitch, we appreciate the recommendation and the great service.

Called to have a clogged drain repaired , waited for 20 hrs for them to show , missed work to wait for them , and when they showed there equipment was broke and once I fix his broken machine he still couldnt do the job , so I had another company come out and they got the clogged pipe fixed in 15 minutes. I will never use this company again , and no I did not pay for rooterrangers service told them to leave with there broke equipment, I lost money missing work waiting for them to show up!!!
