We decided to call this service after our main pipe was accidentally drilled into. Robert was willing to take on the job and came out right on time to provide a diagnosis and quote to fix. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Dylan Palaschak. He called prior to let me know an E.T.A. and when he arrived I explained my situation and in no time he was able to confirm what we thought our issue was and that was a bad thermostat. Dylan was very thorough and also very informative with the options I had to replace the thermostat. Dylan had excellent customer service and is definitely an asset to your company! We had a new variable speed Carrier unit installed 7 months ago. We are on budget billing with our electric company, and they review our account quarterly to see if we are overpaying or underpaying and adjust our monthly bill. We knew our bill would drop since we could see on our monthly statements that our usage was consistently about 40% less each month. To our surprise, we had overpaid over 800$ since the unit was installed. Our bill went from $281 to $96 for the remainder of our year, when they will estimate our new monthly payment. This unit is amazing, and Environmental Taming got it installed quickly. They were wonderful to work with, from the installers, to the office staff. Would highly recommend them for all your needs.

Called at 9am, had a technician out by 10:30 ,finished in an hour and did the repair correctly. Couldn’t ask for anything more.!

I had to edit my review. The one good thing I can say is they got the work done quickly. They replaced a 200 amp main breaker. They charged $2500 to do the work. I asked for an itemized invoice, they never responded. The most expensive 200 amp main breaker I could find on the net was $500. so I guess I paid a little under $2000. for labor for a few hours work. The person that came to my house was very unprofessional, because I had to move some money from one account to another, and it took me ten minutes or so. Meanwhile he tells the person living in the house, my tenant that if I can't pay, he's going to have to take the part out. I waited for him to call back for 5 minutes like I told him to. When he didn't, I called the office and paid them. He called back a few minutes later, when I said I had paid the office. He acted like he didn't believe me and said if I hadn't he was going to have to take the part out. The main slogan in one of there and campaigns is they don't hire any Melvin's. This person was very much a Melvin to me. Don't hire them, you'll get Melvinized.

Michael R. Arrived spot on time for an inspection of our newer A/C units that were installed recently. It is a free check up, which is a very nice aspect of Pro Skill services. While here he also gave us a refresher on our phone app based A/C controls as well as tips for the wall based units. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and very informative - traits we find very typical of all Pro Skill representatives we have encountered thus far. Great outfit.

When my 22 year old electric water heater started to fail I started calling around to get quotes. I wanted to switch over to gas, we already had a line for it, but after speaking w several different companies I learned it might not be an easy swap. Scott’s quoted me the best price but let me know for an exact price they would have to come out to see what needed to be done to bring it to code. Although I had a bit of sticker shock I knew that any other company would end up being higher as well after they came and assessed what needed to be done.

The next day Jose came to do the install and went above and beyond my expectations! Not only did he install a beautiful new unit, he went beyond by reattaching my dryer hose that was previously detached and trapped behind the old water heater. I now have a pedestal so the dryer hose runs under and don’t need to worry about it becoming detached again.

I would recommend Scott’s AZ services to my best friend and have their card on my fridge for any future needs, they do a/c, plumbing, electrical and filtration.

Let me just start off by saying I’ve had no problems with this company. We used them for our plumbing services twice and they did a great job. The pipes are very old so I know it wasn’t easy. BUT! Please please please have your crew clean up their mess. They even acknowledged to my husband that they made a mess. The black sludge was in my tub (completely understandable) but also all over my floors, vanity, walls, toilet and oddly in a cabinet? They took everything out from underneath my sink and didn’t put it back. Just asking for some common courtesy to wipe things down. Over all a good company but needs to clean up after themselves.

Austin was great - explained everything very well, and walked through things if I wanted to DIY regular maintenance.

Argued that there was no leak after mild flooding in my unit. Did literally NOTHING.

We found it at the Chandler Costco on a sunday afternoon. If you are wondering who are the people that take up multiple parking spots wonder no more. If this is how they treat strangers I can't even imagine how they would treat their consumers. Selfishness at its finest for sure. Even if it was for a job then do they really need to park like that? I don't think so.

I am soooo grateful! My mom had a water leak on a weekend at midnight. Don saved us.
