These guys don’t try to up sell, they will point out something if they think it also needs to be repaired but No pressure they just offer to send you a quote for you to consider for a future repair.

Not impressed. Service guy smelled so bad of cigarettes and seemed to have no patience. He didnt install the new "flapper" good. The chain was too long and would get caught under flapper and toilet would run unless you adjusted it.

We had a horrible sewage backup at our brand new rental in both bathrooms 3 days after moving in. Our property management hired Moon Valley to come and fix it and I’m glad they did. Noah immediately got on the roof and started working and in less than a hour the problem was fixed. They arrived on time and I was more than satisfied with the work that Noah did. Highly recommend!

Jim Baker the technician was great, he was very knowledgeable and explained the issues with the plumbing. He was also very through and made sure it all my issues with the plumbing were addressed.

Doug and Kevin showed up promptly and were very professional, courteous and took time to answer all my questions. They also did an excellent job on my repairs. David Mount was my technician. In my 100 year old rental in a historic neighborhood. He fixed three leaks - replacing a valve outdoors and replacing old plumbing in the bath and kitchen. It took him over one full day. Super service ! He called and discussed the problem with me and his boss; had photos to show before and after; very polite and great customer service skills! When your standing looking in a hole with a broken line your stuck with what ever price they say. You have to have water. I was startled how outrageous the cost was. Good work, quick and trustworthy

Jesus showed up promptly last night and attempted to unclog my drain. Evidently the clog was in a place he was unable to reach. He spoke with Jim on the phone who offered to come with a camera to search the system between 7:30 and 8AM. Jim and Ron showed up promptly at 7:30 and all of your techs were very professional and exceeded my expectations. I received a quote and am deciding how and when I wish to proceed. Thank you.

Our plumber was kind, friendly, efficient and helpful. He made sure to explain everything to us and his service was very cost effective, fast, courteous and definitely solved a major issue! We have an older house and it has been my experience that it is hard to find decent and honest companies. So many times, in the past we called on plumbing companies to replace our gas water heater and not one of them even noticed that that the old heater was not installed properly and not compliant with building codes. It took a smart young man from Simon’s Plumbing to explain everything properly. Very fast response, clean and professional work. Took the time to explain what was wrong and how he was going to fix the problem. Efficient, friendly, clean and fair priced. We would highly recommend Simon’s Plumbing to friends, family, and anyone else in need!
