Anthony did a fantastic job on our kitchen plumbing. He was professional, friendly and willing to go the extra mile. Will use A.P.E.S in future plumbing projects.

I highly recommend this company. It did take a few weeks to have my issue resolved (which had nothing to do with Penguin Air but everything to with the fact that we had custom plumbing down to the pipes in our walls) but, they contacted us every few days to update us on the status of their service and the parts that were ordered. We do appreciate their kindness and their professionalism. We will definitely do business with Penguin Air and Plumbing again.

We decided to call this service after our main pipe was accidentally drilled into. Robert was willing to take on the job and came out right on time to provide a diagnosis and quote to fix. His communication was great and he explained everything which was reassuring and he also provided options. The same day service was phenomenal. We have running water again! Highly recommend! A++!

Unfortunately I had another after hours emergency repair but Patrick Riley came through once again. Normally Freddy comes out but this time it was Oliver. I can say all of their technicians are very friendly, polite, and professional. Patrick Riley goes above and beyond not just on their repairs but also customer satisfaction. Highly highly recommend this service provider.

When my 22 year old electric water heater started to fail I started calling around to get quotes. I wanted to switch over to gas, we already had a line for it, but after speaking w several different companies I learned it might not be an easy swap. Scott’s quoted me the best price but let me know for an exact price they would have to come out to see what needed to be done to bring it to code. Although I had a bit of sticker shock I knew that any other company would end up being higher as well after they came and assessed what needed to be done.

The next day Jose came to do the install and went above and beyond my expectations! Not only did he install a beautiful new unit, he went beyond by reattaching my dryer hose that was previously detached and trapped behind the old water heater. I now have a pedestal so the dryer hose runs under and don’t need to worry about it becoming detached again.

I would recommend Scott’s AZ services to my best friend and have their card on my fridge for any future needs, they do a/c, plumbing, electrical and filtration.

Anthony came to our apartment because we didn't have any cold water for a wk+. Our apartment complex wasn't able to fix the issue so they contacted DW Plumbing. Anthony was punctual, professional, and friendly. He explained the problem to my boyfriend and had the issue fixed in no time. Because of the customer service that we received from Anthony, we will be contacting DW Plumbing for all of our needs related to heating and cooling here on out. It was so refreshing to know that customer service is still around in at least one company. Thank you Anthony for taking care of us and our water requirements.
