When we moved in to our new house I wanted our washer and dryer back in the house instead of in the garage where the past owners had moved it. We have used this company since 2008 for septic pumping. They did our initial inspection and 2 subsequent pumping. We even purchase our bacteria for the tank from them.
They have recently been bought out and ever since the service has been awful. It took almost 3 weeks and 4 phone calls to get a years supply of the bacteria. It took 2 weeks and 3 phone calls to schedule a pumping service, which they didn't show up for. So it took another call. They finally showed up damaged the filter, left the tank open (no backfill) and then wanted $1000 to replace filter. I said no and yo please come and backfill the tank. They said they would the next day. Guess what??? They didn't. I would recommend going with someone else. These guys have gone way downhill!

Maritza was absolutely wonderful! She took the time to help me stop my toilet from flushing so that I could get a good night’s sleep. She stayed with me on the phone for the entire process when no other plumber would even answer my calls late Friday evening. I will definitely use her company in the future. Customer service just doesn’t get this good!

Our hot water heater went out on a Friday afternoon. Our home warranty company couldn't send anyone out until Monday, so they let us choose our own service provider who could fix it over the weekend. Sold my house in Phoenix Arizona. Needed an inspection on the septic tank. Called Septic Medic. From the very start I had a great experience. I was given a time that worked with MY schedule. I was told UPFRONT how much the cost would be with NO HIDDEN FEES. When they arrived at the house the were very respectful. They explained to me what they were going to be doing and the things they were going to be looking for. I have never had to do this before I asked many questions as I had no idea what all it involved. They told me it would take 2 to 3 hours. It took almost 3. Had them pump the tank because I had used them twice before, price had doubled since last time. I understand because of the economy. 14 days later toilet backed up, opened tank and it was full again. Inspection and found a toilet Had been leaking from the fill/foat device. Definitely not their fault but when I called the office to get it emptied again the female who answered the phone was real short and said it would be another 500 dollars to emptied again. Felt that since it was only water in the tank they would be a little cheaper. When I mentioned my thoughts to her she said it will be 500 we have fees to pay too. So I called another company and gave my money to them. Will not be calling them again because of the female in the office.

Patrick came out to install the water heater. He was on time, very knowledgeable, professional, and did excellent work.
The price was better then a lot of other places that was called when doing research in trying to find a good plumber.

I had Cooper drain my septic in my 5th wheel . He was there 15 minutes but didn't clean it completely. He said he did but didn't. Then three days latter same thing . Plus he said he didn't have change so I just have him 5 twenty . The receptionist was rude as hell and said if I wanted it done again it would be another 90 $. Never call them again .

I needed a toilet and shower leak looked at and living in a mobile home I know there are companys that avoid these. From the first contact to the last was a very positive experience. I was notified within a 2 hour window when they would be there and called again when arrival was within 15 minutes. Very punctual and professional and addressed my needs as well as an estimate for recommended work at a future time. Thank you for your help, I would not hesitate to use again for big or small job.

Devin did an amazing Job! We had a completely rusted an unusable backyard water bib/spigot so we couldn't water any of our plants or flowers. That was until Devin came to the rescue. A quick call to Option One Plumbing and Devin came out and replaced out spigot... the original owners had welded the old piping to the old spigot so after some clean cutting Devin replaced some the old piping and new spigot. He even educated us on the types of piping that was in the original foundation and made some awesome suggestions. The spigot he added he even explained how the pressure and water quality can wear down pipes. Very friendly, very quick, very knowledgable and effective. If I could drop another tip here I would.
