I recently had a plumbing emergency that flooded my neighbor below. I called DiamondBack and they send me a technician. Nick showed up right away. He was very professional and explained exactly what happened with the plumbing. Nick made the repair through a very small cut in my new cabinets and he was able to save my brand new kitchen from being torn apart and saved me thousands of dollars! Nick is a true professional and I will hire him again and recommend him to others!

I was extremely impressed with this company. More specifically their technician "Nash" I delt with. The dispatcher was prompt and curtious. Then Nash spent time on the phone with me before coming out to the call to make sure he fully understood the situation and properly advised even before coming out. Upon arrival Nash was knowledgable, professional, efficient and made me comfortable that he was out for my best interest. I will ask for him specifficall and now only use this company for plumbing issues I can not myself fix. If he is a representation of the quality of technicians here I highly recommend this company to anyone!

What a great experience! I thought I would need to replace my hot water heater, which is way past it's prime. Tzvi gave me an option of a possible fix or replace the hot water heater. The much less costly fix worked! When it will finally be time to replace my hot water heater, I will definitely call Ben Franklin and hopefully Tzvi will be our tech. It's no wonder my family has used Ben Franklin for years.

After my ac went down and would not cool the house. I knew that it was beyond fixing. I called Parker and Sons. I scheduled the soonest appointment 10am next day (it was 9pm at night) to buy a new one. Sales rep: Josh S. came out and talked to me about my options and helped me get financing and set me up with installation for the next day! Davien and Randy Came out first thing in the morning ! They were very friendly and professional. Did a wonderful job! I had the best experience with Parker and Sons because of their team. I will definitely recommend as they made a painful experience into a good one.

Great experience for the 2nd time with Apache Plumbing! My tech Ben was great at clearing the blocked line and making sure all the lines were flowing. I have a home warranty, but have had bad experience with who they send out, so I call Apache now! They were recommended by an "old school" retired plumber and I'd highly recommend!

Deer Valley impressed me right away with their knowledge and professionalism. When they came in at 1/2 the price of other estimates, I was amazed - and happy. They did the work in under the time expected, and did a thorough job in cleaning up afterwards. They replaced a leaking valve, which required getting into pipes behind shower surround to replace/solder. They minimized the hole needed, found a pretty faucet backing plate to cover new, slightly larger hole, and it looks and works great.

Very thankful for the repair that another company left me with a broken pipe that they stated was already broken under my home and no water in master bathroom. Would highly recommend you to anyone. Thank you again Robert!

I contacted Simon because I had a shower that needed to have a cartridge replaced. Simon himself took my call was honest in telling me his availability none of these 3-4 hour time frame to show up. We settled for the next morning. I asked for a call before he made it to the property. He was excellent at communicating. Was on time. Took care of the job, he was careful in cleaning the area where he worked and his price was exactly what he quoted me. No more no less. Simon is knowledgeable in his field and stands by his work. I had a leak in my main line from the street to my home. As we all know, the last thing we ever want to see, right? Recommended by a family member i called Springs Plumbing up and they came out right away. I am at work trying to take of this headache, which makes it worse. Al called me as soon as he got to the house to let me know exactly what was going on. Original thought it was leaking from copper line, which would have more, turns out it was the PVC line. He could have charged me more, buried the line and i would have never known. However, he calls me, gives me the better news. Fixed it real quick and clean. I found my plumber!!! Thank you!

I am so pleased with the crew that worked at my house. They worked late hours even after dark to repair the sewer line. They are professional, courteous and friendly. I did some research and found the price to be fair for our area. They returned at a later date to replace the water line to the refrigerator ice maker. I highly recommend this company!

My water heater blew and had an AHS warranty. Initially I was told they would have a new one on Monday (problem began on Friday but on Monday I learned there was no ETA. We had no hot water and no date. I then had a slugfest with AHS who advised me time and again to 'read my contract' and there was no commitment to time of resolution. I put in a call to the assigned plumber - Pruitt's Plumbing and spike with GM Mike. Instead of saying oh well he sprang into action. He said he would contact the supplier and in a half hour and cut the delivery lead time in half. He took and interest over and above.
