1-800 Water Damage is the only water damage mitigation and remediation company that I will ever use or recommend! They responded within 60 minutes of my call. When they arrived, they had all of the equipment they needed...no trips back to the shop! They were extremely respectful and very professional at every step of the process. We had a great experience with Robert and Andrew at Phoenix Water Damage. When our kitchen island and wood floors sustained water damage, Robert arrived within the hour and immediately tracked down the source of the leak. Fans and drying equipment were set up quickly. Their professionalism, promptness, and honesty help guide us through this experience. We highly recommend them.

Venturi provided excellent service. Our roof had some wind damage from a recent monsoon storm. Tanner promptly came to our home, inspected the roof, determined the damage was minor, and repaired it without charging us. This also made it unnecessary for us to file a claim for the damage with our home insurer. While Tanner was here, he also repaired some minor water damage above the bathroom shower. Tanner was professional, knowledgeable, and skilled. I highly recommend Venturi!

??Due to a water leak in the attic, ServiceMaster was contacted by my home insurance company to help with the repairs. (This is my fault - I should have done my own research instead of trusting my insurance adjuster. Lesson learned.)
??They lack communication skills. Although I only had to deal with your company for 4, maybe 5 days, I had to call you to find out when a tech was coming over the next day and if the lab results were in; which they were but instead of calling me back or telling someone to contact me the next day because she was out of the office, Alex didn't.
??They lack customer service skills. Alex is very rude and I'm surprised she's on the phone; Summer is sweet and has better customer service. Only Nate and Jose were nice (the first 2 techs sent out), but the others, like the one who picked up the fans and the one who came by today to get a signature, need training on customer service. The tech who came today, rang the door bell and when I answered, he didn't introduce himself or what he wanted - he just tried to hand me my phone. Tell them that manners say when you are greeting a person especially a customer, say Hi. My name is.... and I'm from Service Master.
??Overall - call another company. Although I signed their form so they could get paid, I was NOT satisfied! Save yourself the headache and not knowing when you need to be home all because they haven't figured out a better scheduling system and don't train their employees on simple customer service skills. ??

I was unfortunate enough to be out of town when my two story townhouse flooded. It's extremely stressful to come home to an entirely packed up house but after working with this crew over the past month and a half I am very comfortable with them handling the entire contents of my life.

Lily and her crew did a fantastic job in diligently packing up literally every item in my house. They were very respectful to me and my belongings when I arrived home just as they were finishing up.

Joel has gone above and beyond to accommodate my requests and concerns throughout this entire process. He has been quick to respond to messages, even on the weekends. I can't stress enough how much Joel has done to alleviate my concerns and be understanding of my situation.

My sister did, but I helped manage it. Took about 6 months, and there seemed to be a lot of delays. Probably most of the backorder had something to due with COVID. Christina Calabrese was our project manager and was excellent at communication. She always kept us up on any progress and any delays.
