My experience with Gabe was very professional and thorough. He had the determination to fix my multiple issues and he was not giving up until he finished. He made sure to educate me on what he was doing and why. As I first time home owner I was extremely thankful that he took on my projects because I walked away with fixed problems and more knowledge. New to Arizona, Brian P. fits right in with the George Brazil model -- professional, knowledgeable, thorough, kind, and neat. I had a new house ready to be fitted with ceiling fans and upgraded light fixtures. Brian spent the better part of December 21 fitting each fixture into place. I enjoyed talking with him as I wrapped gifts. A few of the fixtures arrived on my doorstep with missing or broken parts. Once replacements arrive, I know I'll be asking Brian to return.UPDATE 2 MONTHS LATER: The five-star rating continues! I called Brian P. to return to my home to install the delayed light fixtures. I was most excited about having a light installed over my kitchen sink. Brian had to create a perfectly centered hole in the ceiling, fish-down wiring from the attic, and install an additional wall switch. It all looks perfect. I contacted penquin to give me a price and install a steam shower unit. They were scheduled to come on a Wednesday.but did a no show then rescheduled for the next morning. Landon said you will be the first call so 700 am he showed a little before 10Then he reviewed the job and said he would have to have his boss quote itI called three times and never heard from them finally on the fourth call they transferred me to the plumbing manager. He was rude said your bathroom is expensive so I need to cover myself so use 3200.00 as the priceDon't waste your time like I did don't use them

Parker and Sons sent Miguel and Eddie to our house to update our electrical circuit breakers. They replace all our circuit breakers and re-routed one of the power lines to our AC unit. Miguel and Eddie were professional, friendly, and thorough. Thanks.
