Maloney was referred to help solve a difficult Gas Oven Range by the company we bought the range from. The staff at Maloney accommodated us with same day service. Adrian quickly assessed the job and ensured we understood the process of repair. He tested our equipment and insured we were satisfied. This company represents our community well.

The Gentleman which arrived was Chris. I spoke to Jan when I called who was pleasant to speak with. She managed to arrange for Chris to be at my home within 2 hours. Chris was courteous and very interested in solving the problem. He explained all he would do very well and made me aware of the price. He was done in an hour, showed me what was seen on the camera and explained what I could do to help keep it from happening in the future. His service was remarkable. I will recommend and always use Robin's Plumbing. Thank you so much for a job well done.

They did a great job ! There was a lack of coordination with others Involved with the work to be done! Took a lot longer to get finished! All is done and I am happy.

Disposal went out and had a hard time to find a plumber. I called PINK and they got someone out the next day. While he was here, he also changed out my water filters. Will use them from now on.

I wanted to share that we just had a good experience with Moon Valley Plumbers - Anthony was our actual plumber that came out. They came out the same day and were very reasonably priced. We were having issues with our sewer line. Previously we had a plumber from George Brazil and they charged us $286 to run a camera and say there were no issues. They said there was likely a plug near the end and it would cost almost $1200 to use a water jet.



About a month later we started to have issues again. This time thanks to a Next Door post we called Moon Valley Plumbers. We were on a wait list but they got here by noon. They cleared our line with the basic mechanical cleaner (a $155 charge). Even if we chose the water jet they only charge $400 (1/3 of the price of George Brazil). Moon Valley Plumbers will be who we call in the future.

We needed a full plumbing drainage installation - redo our plumbing and put it under the house. It was a huge project and a bit overwhelming. The Parker and Son's team was great and did an excellent job explaining our options and helping to alleviate some of the stress that comes along with a house remodel. The team was professional, always on time and transparent throughout the process if any problems came up. They also did an amazing job cleaning up when they were done which was really impressive considering how much dirt was involved with all the trenches they had to dig. Overall, we were very happy with the team - Justin, Daniel, Jose and the rest of the team were all awesome!

Rooter Hero is highly recommended. They were punctual and did what needed to be done. Well they offered additional estimates oh, there was no pressure to do the most expensive repair. I would definitely recommend them.

We had a major back up in our main drain on a Sunday 3 days after another company unclogged our drain 3 days before. We had overflowing bathrooms everywhere. I called 2 other big companies that gave me a very wishy washy timeline on when they would be able to come. We had a birthday party for our 9 year old son in a few hours and were expecting about 25 guests. I called Simon and left a voice mail. He texted me in a few minutes saying he would call me soon. He called me quickly back and when I explained the problem and the upcoming event, he immediately offered to drive over. He was there in less than 30 minutes. Immediately looked for the clean outs, first gave me an estimate before starting his work. We didn't know where all the clean outs were so he had to climb the roof and find the main to unclog the blockage. He went above and beyond. He saved the day before guests arrived. I would have to have canceled the birthday party if he had not showed up. He even checked in this morning to make sure we had no issues after the event. He has a customer for life. Thanks Simon!

Justin gave great service

My home warranty is through OneGuard and so I've had to use Pruitt Plumbing. My water heater broke and at the beginning of the year on a Saturday. So I had to wait to schedule my appointment till Monday when Pruitt's would call me. (no ones fault at this point).Monday comes, and the day is almost over and no one has called. So I call them and they've received my service order just haven't been conatced. The soonest someone can come out is that Thursday (6 days without hot water so far). I have to use vacation hours to stay home and wait for the tech. I'm not upset about that part, however, I was given a window from 8 am - 12 pm. The tech shows up at 2:30 pm. He flips a switch and turns the heater on in 20 minutes. I'm thinking to myself that can't be it because I've lived in this house a while and the heater has never gone out but I give the benefit of the doubt. Not even a week later it goes out again. Long story short, today is 3rd time someone is coming to fix my heater. More days without cold water than with. Service sucks and OneGuard doesn't help fix the issue.
