Best Emergency Water Heater Installation in Phoenix AZ

David came out for a pretty simple job, and ended up doing a full inspection and finding possible issues. We've worked with APES before, and will continue to do so because of this attention to detail.

My water heater went out at 12:30 and by 2 PM Matt from Hays was pulling into my driveway. He evaluated the situation, gave me my options, and answered all my questions. I thought the price was competitive and Matt did a first class job installing. Before leaving he cleaned up the area, made sure everything was working and gave me some tips on how to maintain the new water heater. It was a good experience from start to finish, and I am happy I didn't have to wait days for a replacement. I highly recommend Hays and in particular Matt.

Had Penguin in to clean the ducts. They have a little unit they bring into the house that has a spin brush that might reach 8 feet into a run. Probably great for the 3 or 4 ducts right under the furnace. Totally useless for the long run ducts. Dust is much worse since I had them. All it really was a half effort and then an opportunity for the guy to talk about “other services” they could sell. Will never use them again.

Feared the worse, but hoped for the best and found it!!! We had an issue with draining from our bathrooms tub and shower, and dreaded the thought of what a 50 yo house might throw at us. Found Sav-On, and couldn't have asked for better! Our tech Jesse was extremely kind, and didn't have any issue explaining what he was doing. Up front pricing, and definite professionalism...would have no problem ever recommending them for any plumbing issues.

Steve W. came out last year (2022) in June to help fix a leak on our faucet in our guest bathroom. He was very kind and worked hard to find the problem. We were grateful. Fast forward seven months later to January 2023, and oddly, our same faucet began to leak again - in the same spot. We immediately called Goettl and they sent Steve W. back out. He recalled our issue from last year and got to work. Within just a few minutes, he found the issue with no problem. I have used Four Seasons for the past 3 years. They are truly the best AC company out there. The communication is exceptional from there dispatch. Tech was very professional and knowledgeable, takes time to explain findings and how they are going to proceed.

Tech Nick was fabulous and professional, front desk was extremely good and super friendly, and repairs was very fast and effective despite being temporary. Tomorrow I consult on replacing the whole unit but I'm expecting more fantastic service and timely scheduling.EDIT: replacement went great - Mike and Juan were absolute professionals, friendly and helpful, and the unit is working perfectly. We recently underwent a complete remodel in our home. We took down a wall that contained our cold air return, took down a dropped ceiling that contained duct work in our bathroom and dining room and installed a wall to create a new powder room. AZ Perfect Comfort relocated the cold air return and duct work in all the rooms. AZ Perfect Comfort was amazing to work with from initial walk through for the estimate to the finished product. We encountered several bumps along the way during demolition nothing fazed these guys. They were professional and had lots of great ideas on how to fix the issues and give us they layout in our home we had only dreamed about in the past.

Had a problem with my HVAC system and received a text shortly after leaving a message. Jeremy called me and arrived shortly thereafter. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to repair it. More importantly he was polite, knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to communicate with. He explained the problem in understandable detail. We had an A/C unit fail at our home in Phoenix and of course it was 110 degree's outside. After inspection and recommendations by Howard Air we decided the unit needed to be replaced. This was accomplished in 72 hours and our experience from start to finish was outstanding.

I cannot say enough good things about these guys. I literally never leave reviews however Parker and Sons time after time has delivered exceptional service to us. We have used them for many a repair and install of a salt water system. Today we called them for an emergency backup. They were here so quick, fixed the problem rapidly and were so great and kind.
