We called again and Eric responded on time, friendly, professional. While no one wants a plumber, but when you do you want the best. What a dream team, we called desperate for assistance and received same day service. They arrived right on time in the dark and got to heavy work with the latest skills and tools to fix a stubborn drain clog. We are grateful to have found them and will be calling them back for Septic service as they will be offering that soon. We now have a happy drain and a functional toilet again. Thank you so much - Complete Plumbing & Drain is HIGHLY recommended and we will be saving their number. A+++++++

Make sure when you call for pumping service that you ask what you get for the $225.00. I paid for a 1000 gallon pump out. The tech didn't agitate the solids to break them up and left a 1 foot layer on the bottom. When I asked why he wasn't removing the solids, he told me that they only pump the liquid and pumping the solids would cost up to $700.00. Are you kidding me? That makes no sense. You are here to pump the solids! Wally didn't tell me that on the phone. I will never use them again.

Paradise Septic saved us from a very stinky situation! They came out same day and when there was a problem on my end with locating the filter, returned 2 days later. They were very knowledgeable and helpful over the phone as well as in person. I received a window of time for arrival with a call on for a 30 minute lead time so I didn’t have to sit around for half a day. The technician was very respectful and super quick, clean and kind. I am so glad my neighbors all referred me to Paradise Septic!

I was in the process of purchasing an older home and completion of inspections is a time sensitive matter which Hero completely understood. I spoke with them and they were able to get someone out there the same day and the inspection report w/video was provided the next day.

Maritza was so kind, followed up throughout and answered all of my questions, was in communication with me providing updates on anything outstanding and provided overall excellent customer service. I couldn't be happier with the speed that they were able to turn around the inspection or the customer service.

These guys quoted my mom 475 dollars to repair a 3/4 sprinkler line. They quoted 3 hours of labor. Their trip to the homedepot down the street (5 miles) ended up taking more then a hour. During their extended homedepot trip I ended up fixing the pipe myself with a box of spare pvc parts and a shovel. I will also be writing a 1 star review on other sites such as yelp. I strongly urge you to look elsewhere for plumbing repairs. This company is out to make a quick buck with customers they can take advantage of because they don't know anything about plumbing.

When I discovered that my water heater had been leaking, I called Reddi Services right away. Ellie took my phone call and dispatched a technician to address the issue. Pepe, our technician, was quick to respond, arriving within an hour of my phone call. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable about the issue. Pepe will be back tomorrow with a new water heater. Great service!

As what normally happens, Fourth of July weekend rolls around and (Saturday) I step out into the garage to find it flooded; water gushing from the now defunct water heater. I have Old Republic insurance and I called them. They emailed Jay's Plumbing Service and AOC-Arizona Plumbing...In addition to the Old Republic email, I also called Jay's Plumbing and AOC-Arizona Plumbing and got recordings, left a message...That was Saturday, it's now Monday, still waiting on a phone call. (Thankfully I don't need them anymore!) Because I have an elderly parent living with me, this water heater had to be fixed the same day. I called Valleywide Plumbing. Matthew Kondrath answered (Yes, a real person answered the phone!) There was no B.S. with Matthew. He told me the time he would be out and how much the cost was to replace the water heater. No hidden fees or holiday up-charges were loaded into the cost. In fact, the cost was barely higher than what I had paid for the previous hot water tank eight years earlier. Matthew told me he had another job he was finishing up on. He said he would pick up the new hot water tank from his supplier and be at my property by noon (which, btw, was on the other side of town from where Matthew was working.) I felt like a ton of bricks had been lifted from my back when he said he would be out. Two hours later, Matthew was at my house at noon, right on time as discussed. He was kind enough to work with me and interact with the pain-in-the-neck Old Republic Insurance people needing tons of information in order to process a partial refund to me through my insurance. Matthew drained and hauled out the old, broken water heater. Put in the new one, did some pipefitting, wrote up the order/receipt and left around an hour or so later. All of this was in 110 degrees by the way. Matthew was pleasant, knowledgable, kind and efficient I had never used this company before, I will use them for any and all services they provide. Thank you Matthew for taking time out of your holiday weekend to help me and my family...it is truly appreciated and will not be forgotten.

Have used Cooper's for many years, finally had it with them! They need to get with the times, as they only accept and sent out faxes & get irritated when the faxes get cut off. Receptionist is very short and rude and acts like your an inconvenience every time you call with a question. Check your invoice for double charges on locating the septic clean outs, this can be avoided by checking with county(which they should do anyway)but they'll tell you they didn't.

My wife and I are very satisifed with Nuflow!! Stevan was our sales rep and great to work with and very responsive to any questions we had. When ready for installation day Corey and the crew were on time called when on the way and answered all of our questions throughout the entire process. They were done in 2 day's like they said with the relining process. Followed by them was Brandon and the crew to come out dig in our master bedroom to replace a broken pipe. They were in and out in a day with the concrete leveled back to where it was to begin with. I would highly recommend Nuflow!!!

Irate 5 stars because rotorazer was awesome my sinks backed up on a Sunday and Casey called me right away and he told me exactly when he was going to be here and he was here right on time he offered me to come over later in the evening because he had some jobs during the day and I said that was great so he came over and he was totally knowledgeable of the situation hero told out the Trap and got my drains running perfectly he was very knowledgeable about how old the house was and the situation the Trap was in told me what I could do on my four other options for me to call that call rotovac and if I want to get the hydro thing done so all in all it was an awesome awesome experience Casey was very very pleasant personable efficient and professional he deserves 5 stars and you are lucky to have an employee such as him thankthank you Edwin Archer

The Option One team, including Andrew, Tim, and Ruben, did an outstanding job installing clean outs and repairing a poorly sealed ABS to clay pipe joint. Roots were plentiful and some a quarter inch or more in size filling an extensive length of the pipe. They removed some of them manually and after clean out installation, removed them entirely with the Hydro jet. Clean out location was close to other utilities so machinery couldn't be used. The digging was done by hand tools with countless rocks encountered. I was impressed by their work ethic and how effectively they were able to work as a team. I would recommend this group to anyone without hesitation.

Bumble Bee plumbing is the best plumbing service in the state. From the moment we called their front office ladies to the moment Mike Probst left our house we were well taken care of. Their whole team have amazing customer service skills and knew exactly how to detect and fix our plumbing issue. Overall I highly recommend Mike and this very reputable company they knew what they were doing and we will refer them to all our family and friends in the future.

Mister Rooter did an excellent job replacing our drain piping. From start to finish, they provided excellent service. Cris and Joe, the field supervisors, were transparent from the very beginning, explaining to us what the problem is, and what needs to be done. They were professional, courteous, and had our best interest in mind throughout the job. Terrill and his crew worked very hard, and did an outstanding job. They kept us informed throughout the process, and always accommodated so that it was as least inconvenient as possible. It's amazing how much work they did in such a short amount of time. Everyone from the workers to the supervisors were professional and courteous. I felt at ease knowing they were on the job. The way we were treated is an example of how to serve customers.

I recently hired All Pro Plumbing Services to fix a leaking faucet in my kitchen. I was very satisfied with their service. Not only did they do an excellent job fixing the faucet, but the plumber was also very professional and courteous. He was on time, explained the problem to me in detail, and completed the job quickly. The pricing was also fair and reasonable. I contacted this company to come out as I had a clog in my sink. It was around 7:30pm and they were nice enough to come after hours (for a fee of course) and unclog my sink. I gave them access to my house through the front door and side gate and secured my dogs in the garage so they could move about the house with no problem or interference from my dogs. Roy and the gentleman who were with him did the work they needed to and said they were done with the job and cleaned up and left. I let my dogs out back to finish dinner and about an hour later was alerted to the 5 cops cars beside my house. I realized at that point, Roy left without closing the gate and my dog got out and was hit by a car and died shortly thereafter. I emailed the company to let them know about the situation and their response is that they have no liability for leaving gates and doors open and have offered me 100 bucks towards the 1k I spent that night. If you have animals, don't use this company, as they have no regard for animals and will leave your house without checking to make sure they secure their access points. HORRIBLE company with a HORRIBLE owner!
