Best Emergency Plumbing Repairs in Phoenix AZ

I had a plumber come out yesterday to hook up the waterline to our fridge so we can have the ice maker and purified water. Honestly the plumber was professional, kind, and communicated well with me the whole time. The biggest issue I had was that after he installed the water line, it wasn’t working. He tried a couple things but ultimately left with my waterline hooked up but nothing to show for it. Our refrigerator is brand new and now we have a water line hooked up to it that doesn’t give us water or ice. Now i have to call and pay another company to come service our brand new refrigerator just to get the waterline to work which is what I thought I paid $115 for yesterday. It is unfortunate. Customer service wise, this company is great, but this issue left me feeling like I paid for something, yet Im still in the same predicament as before I called them. When he was done he had me sign a card asking if the service was done satisfactory. I felt weird signing it because yes, he did what he came to do, but we still don’t have a running waterline or ice maker. There is nothing wrong with our fridge as it is about 6 days old. I just feel like now Im left having to figure this out on my own since there wasnt any other solutions offered.

Called Custom Cooling & Plumbing and they sent someone out immediately. Mr. Billy O’Keefe, their Tech was beyond professional, he was also extremely ethical! When I requested some additional work he stopped me and explained that it wasn’t necessary, basically saving us many dollars because of his honesty. Don’t meet many individuals like this and would strongly suggest calling Custom and asking for Billy. Jack was very nice and polite. Job done on time when he said. He was also on time. We asked about on-line coupon and he indicated they weren’t any. We found one on line after transaction so he did note ticket for discount next time. We would have saved over $60 dollars on this trip. Otherwise all very good.

First of all all I can say is Dwayne was awesome!!! Seriously my partner and I we’re in a pretty desperate situation with our toilet and shower. Dwayne fixed everything for us. He was so nice, and professional. Please Parker and Sons if you see this, show this man some recognition and give him a raise!
