Frank has been our tech in the past and his recent visit was to upgrade our Trane thermostats (warranty). He needed to remove, exchange and reinstall, which he accomplished in a timely manner. I had such a great experience working with Tom for the two repairs needed at my home. Tom arrived on time and was extremely friendly and professional. He took his time making sure that his work was thorough and correct. Without asking, he even added extra notes to my invoice as he knew I would be submitting it to the city for reimbursement. Jesus and Moses installed a new system at my little 1928 historic renovation project. When there was trouble the this summer, Tiffany scheduled Jesus to come the next day, and the fix (a bad capacitor) was simple, he was here a half hour, and everything was under the OEM warranty. What a great team!

Abel came out to take a look at our pipes and he did a great job. He really educated me on what was going on. Couldn’t of asked for better service!

We have had great service from this company until today. We had been contacted last week and set up our 6 month service check for this morning between 8 and 12. At 8 o'clock todayI received a call saying that we would not be receiving our service today and it could be within the next MONTH! First of all, a call later last week telling us that they would be unable to keep this appointment today would have been nice, so we didn't rearrange our schedule in order to be available during this time, for nothing! Secondly, why do we go from having an appointment to having to wait a month? Definitely a very disappointing experience with what had been a great company!********************Follow up: I received a personal phone call from Patrick Riley himself this afternoon regarding our above experience. He promises immediate resolution and was very apologetic regarding the whole incident. This is the type of service I had grown to expect and experience with Patrick Riley. Definitely appreciate the immediate response.

The guys helped out with a sewer scope and impromptu estimate for furnace repairs. They were very thorough, had the scope done BEFORE the appointment time and went through the video explaining all the findings.

I also appreciated that they were able to send someone out to give the estimate for the furnace repair on short notice.
