We had an issue with a clog happening in our toilet and bath tub, the water was not going down. We contacted Hero Home Services and Bertin was able to come in less than 30 minutes from calling and fix the issue. He was really fast and efficient in his work. We totally recommend Bertin and Hero Home Services for anything Plumbing related!!!

As what normally happens, Fourth of July weekend rolls around and (Saturday) I step out into the garage to find it flooded; water gushing from the now defunct water heater. I have Old Republic insurance and I called them. They emailed Jay's Plumbing Service and AOC-Arizona Plumbing...In addition to the Old Republic email, I also called Jay's Plumbing and AOC-Arizona Plumbing and got recordings, left a message...That was Saturday, it's now Monday, still waiting on a phone call. (Thankfully I don't need them anymore!) Because I have an elderly parent living with me, this water heater had to be fixed the same day. I called Valleywide Plumbing. Matthew Kondrath answered (Yes, a real person answered the phone!) There was no B.S. with Matthew. He told me the time he would be out and how much the cost was to replace the water heater. No hidden fees or holiday up-charges were loaded into the cost. In fact, the cost was barely higher than what I had paid for the previous hot water tank eight years earlier. Matthew told me he had another job he was finishing up on. He said he would pick up the new hot water tank from his supplier and be at my property by noon (which, btw, was on the other side of town from where Matthew was working.) I felt like a ton of bricks had been lifted from my back when he said he would be out. Two hours later, Matthew was at my house at noon, right on time as discussed. He was kind enough to work with me and interact with the pain-in-the-neck Old Republic Insurance people needing tons of information in order to process a partial refund to me through my insurance. Matthew drained and hauled out the old, broken water heater. Put in the new one, did some pipefitting, wrote up the order/receipt and left around an hour or so later. All of this was in 110 degrees by the way. Matthew was pleasant, knowledgable, kind and efficient I had never used this company before, I will use them for any and all services they provide. Thank you Matthew for taking time out of your holiday weekend to help me and my family...it is truly appreciated and will not be forgotten.

This was my 2nd time using Cooper, last time was 2005. Just used these guys today, 3/15/16. Septic backed up/ full, called, they were out in an hour or so, pretty good for not being planned. Charged to empty by the 1000 gallon. Had a 100ft hose so they did not have to drive on the lawn. Guy was sharp, professional, conscientious and left the tank clean. I appreciated they did not attempt to run the bill up due to taking a little coaxing to get the solids out. Did some teaching on maintenance, how to keep the system healthy. Gave the operator a tip.

The underground waste plumbing in our townhouse was falling apart. I guess it was older ceramic pipes. In any case, we obtained estimates for repair/replacement from several companies. The typical company, tears up the floor to get at the pipes in order to replace them. I went on-line and found an alternative to tearing up the floors called Ne Flow. They came out and took a video like the others. Their process involves lining the old system with a bladder then filling up the area with a epoxy that forms a pipe when it sets. I called some other companies in Tuscon that did similar technique and they said it worked well. The price was similar to the other companies but we did not have to tear up and replace the floor covering which can be very expensive! We had them do the process and they sent a final video showing the result. it looks great and we don't have any more waste issues. The company was excellent in customer service and when they found the did not have to do a clean out of some pipes, we received a credit on the price! They did not have to even tell us about that as we had no idea what they were talking about. All I can say, is they were very honest and reputable. I would highly recommend Nu flow!

I called Rooter Ranger to ask for quote for the leak in my toilet. Other plumbing companies already quoted me over $400 but I was shopping for a cheaper alternative because I just moved to a new house and my bank account was already depleted.Rooter Ranger send Morgan. He checked the pipe and started working on it. I was confused for a while coz I requested for an assessment and not repair.Morgan fixed the leaking pipe and charged me $0 as it was just a simple fix. I could never thank him enough. I wish other companies are as helpful and honest as Rooter Ranger. The landlord that hired these guys to unclog the main drain the second guy that came didn't know how to take the toilet off mind you that is only one nut that needed to be taken off to lift a whole toilet up guessing he just didn't want to do it because it wasn't no clean out dream being that it's a older house. So I did using a 10 mm socket and now the toilet is off

The customer service at Mr. Rooter is the best. After having my septic tank pumped, I found out I needed a repair to my septic line and risers installed to my septic tank. I called around but Mr. Rooter was the only place to respond fast. Chris and Sam were very friendly and immediately knew what to do. The job took several days and Sam’s communication throughout was great. He was very thorough, courteous, and professional. No one is excited about spending money on a septic system but they made the experience much better!
