We had WMF technician to fix a smoke damage in our house and it was a great experience. Everything was perfect for scheduling the service, interaction with the technician. The technician would let us know what was going on. I am 100% satisfied with WMF service and I’ll use them again in the future.

This company's quality of work is fine but the business side is shady! I was lied to by my project manager about fake emergency my crew had to go to as an excuse for why no one arrived to my house when they were scheduled. My crew of 1 drywall person showed up the next day and had no idea about the emergency call he was supposedly on. The drywall person said he was given no information about my job from his boss so he showed up unprepared with no products. I was told that they would add extra guys to my crew to get the work done that day but the only other person who showed up with a person to measure for the cabinets which had already been done with the initial walkthrough (he also had no idea idea of the emergency call he was supposedly on). Apparently they hadn't even started making the cabinets. The guy who came to measure said based on the workload they had it would be another 5 days before it was ready. My project manager tried to make it seem like he was giving us special preference and working things out to get the cabinets ready quickly when I had already be quoted the same time frame from the guy measuring the cabinets. Were my cabinets ready on time...nope! A few days later the cabinet installer finally came and finished the job (he also had no idea idea of the emergency call he was supposedly on). Then I got the bill...they charged me to replace vinyl flooring that I never had and that they never installed!!! They also said they didn't keep track of labor hours! Don't believe a word they tell you and watch your invoice closely.

I contacted a few companies about cleaning our upstairs (2 bedrooms, hallway and stairs) carpet. AZ Carpet & Restoration had the best price and the friendliest service. Shortly after making an appointment I received an email with a confirmation. The email contained the name and a photo of the Carpet Professional who would be coming to our home. I found this information extremely helpful and definitely gave me peace of mind.
He arrived exactly on time, was extremely friendly and got right to work. I was impressed with his knowledge of removing our particular stains from our carpet (pet stains). The whole process took about 2 hours.
WOW! What a difference! Our carpet looked fantastic and smelled wonderful! With such wonderful prices and service I will have my carpets cleaned far more often and I am definitely a life time customer of AZ Carpet & Restoration.

These guys are awesome. They came in, got right down to work, even stayed late one night, and got the floors replaced and drywall/painting done in 4 days. And they were the most professional, polite and hard-working individuals that I have ever seen in action. I will gladly use them again if I ever have a need for construction work. I used the team for a water leak from the roof. Nate, Shauna and the team were amazing at coming out with in an hour to cleanup the fallen ceiling and the attention to detail was AMAZING. I had a great experience with Nichole at Lotus Contracting. I crashed my car through my closed garage door and almost went completely through the back wall of the garage. The wall I damaged had all the utilities coming into the house (water, electric, gas) and all were damaged. It was extremely stressful with all the adjusters and inspectors and having to move out while repairs were being completed. Nichole was so nice and understanding, even as I was losing it. Nichole took over everything and kept me updated regularly. Most importantly, when she said her guys would be at the house, they were there EARLY and ready to work. When I asked her how long the repairs would take, she didn't sugar-coat it. She estimated how long it would take and the repairs were done actually about a week early. That is because she took it upon herself (I didn't ask) to call the city inspector and lean on him to get his inspection done before all the stucco and paint was done so the utilities could be turned back on. Nichole showed that she cared about my situation and did everything she could to help me. If you need a contractor, let them be in the running and get a bid from them!

Still am working with DriRite to get my insurance claim completed, plus some remodeling done. It is now in the 3rd month of getting my master bathroom shower working. Numerous issues and seriously bad communications. No scheduling whatsoever, we have had to call to find out when things will happen. Took a whole week to drywall, lay concrete and then tile my master shower and it was not done properly. Had to have several calls with project lead to come to the house and he explained this is normal or that will be fixed by another team. Why cant it be done right the first time? Shouldn't there be estimates done prior to doing the work? Why would you not fix and patch all drywall prior to tiling? I just don't comprehend how there is no common sense or anyone really inspecting the work done prior to the next team coming in and saying well so and so should have done that prior to us. My fault for accepting our insurance companies recommended contractor when I was hesitant from the day they came out and did the inspection. I would not recommend them unless you have a lot of time and patience.

First Onsite started drywall on a project last December, but left everything else unfinished. They tried to tell me they needed to replace my entire upstairs floorboards even though only a few boards we're damaged. Replacing my upstairs flooring would have resulted in a minimum cost of over 1,000 in excess parts alone. When I located the replacement model, the technician told me the model was out of stock and if he found it the tint would not match. While I was being ghosted by First Onsite, I found another contractor to replace my floorboards using the model I found and it was a perfect match. Months later First Onsite tries to bill me for repairing everything when all they did was drywall. I sent them documentation of the unfinished work and requested a corrected invoice. It took them two months to send an updated invoice and the new invoice still included costs for things that were not done. Though I was promised an updated invoice a copy months ago I still haven't seen one. In the meantime they have tried to issue a lien on my home twice. Both times I have had to contest the lien referencing the unresolved billing issues. My experience with this company has been incredibly disappointing and unnecessarily stressful. It is nearly the end of October and my billing issues are not resolved. I'm surprised they have 4 stars. Maybe they treat companies better than people. 11/5 update: this matter is now resolve. Updating review from one star to two stars.

My grandparents had a fire and they took care of the house and more importantly they took care of everything! They helped her get through the biggest tragedy of her life!
