Tom was GREAT as was the company. Had leak in water heater. Mahoney was authorized to replace ours and it was all done in 4 hours start to finish. Personable, knowledgeable, worked fast, and we have HOT water. Will call Mahoney next time I need a plumber.Arthur

Apparently they think it’s ok to park in Fire zones blocking fire hydrants and then when asked to move, like to run their mouths. Disrespectful, inconsiderate and unprofessional. “Please get me fired” he kept repeating. The attitude of people like this is the problem with society. People need to be held accountable for their actions. You can’t do whatever you want in life.

Moon Valley was contracted through our ServiceLine warranty company and everything went incredibly smooth thanks to Jason. What a pro! I was prepared for all kinds of challenges since, well, home warranty companies.... Not this time! Leak detection in 24 hrs, and repairs the next day. Definitely recommend. Ask for Jason!!

Had toilets backing up in both restrooms had Benjamin Franklin pluming come out to unclog our toilets. James was such a great plumber helped us inclog it and gave us advice and tips on our plumbing system. Will go to them again in the future.

Patrick Wardein checked my air conditioner. He saw that it needed cleaning, and he cleaned it. He showed me before and after pictures of the air conditioner, and he did a good job cleaning it. The 5-star rating is for Patrick. However, the fee of over $900 was exorbitant for a cleaning that took 1-1/2 hours, so I will no longer be using Parker Brothers to service my air conditioner.

NOT EXPERIENCED IN TANKLESS WATER HEATERS. We’ve had 4 technicians to our house the last 4 months trying to get our hot water to flow again. The first technician couldn’t figure out the problem, we had him flush it anyway for $250. Still no hot water. The second came to tell us we needed a new water control valve, he gave us the wrong part # and we ordered the wrong part. Didn’t know this until the 3rd technician came. 3rd tech came

And went due to us not having the correct part. 4th technician came to install correct WCV and charged us another $200. We had hot water for one day and he said we needed a new igniter, if that didn’t work. My husband installed the new $20 igniter in 10minutes and we I instantly have hot water! Were pretty certain we needed a new igniter this entire time and spend over $500. Even though we live in AZ, it’s summer and the water is warm, we still enjoy hot showers and so does our 2yo. Definitely feeling taken advantage of and misleaded. I also emailed owner when he asked for feedback and I haven’t heard back in over a week. Also, Max, the person who schedules services seemed like he stopped caring 2 months ago after the 2nd technician came.

Very unsatisfactory. Booked for 5:30 to 7 and technician came at 9. Nobody called to say he would be late. Technician very nice, reconnected disposal but it does not work and the sink is blocked.

Simon arrived within 30 minutes of calling him to unclog our main drain on a Friday night before a holiday weekend. He completed tbe job within 45 minutes. He charged us what he quoted us. We were very satisfied & will use him again.

Allen with Springs Plumbing showed up on time for the estimate. We were adding a gas line into the kitchen. He was very professional and reasonably priced, showed up on time to do the work. Excellent experience with this company. I run a large real estate business and he will get all my future business.

Tech Josh came to the home 7/17 - 6 various plumbing repairs to address - couldn't speak more highly of this gentleman. He not only was able to resolve our plumbing issues, but greatly appreciate his overview/explanation of what was wrong/issue at hand with each plumbing item.
