Expensive plumbers but they know what they are doing

Very pleased with Moon Valley. Their communication is very good with text and email notifications. They helped me greatly during a condo sale when I installed a faucet and the buyer & realtor thought I installed it incorrectly when the buyer wasn't patient enough to wait for hot water. You Cannot fix stupid but at least it was only $39 for to get Moon Valley to validate their stupidity.

George has just finished a great job replacing my kitchen faucet and corroded valves. I would highly recommend George and Custom Plumbing. He cleaned everything up and was very polite and professional. I plan to have the remaining valves in the house replaced so I have no unexpected caaualties. Thanks again George.

We hired Parker and Son's to perform our annual maintenance on our Ecowater RO system, and Ecowater softener. I can't say enough good about this company, they were like a breath of fresh air compared to the prior company we used. The technician, Ezekiel, was professional, courteous, honest, and knowledgeable. He was a joy to have work in our home. The service fees and parts cost were less than the prior company, with no price gouging or high pressure sales. We will continue to use Parker and Son's for all of our future needs. Kept calling me. I've never done business with them, and the person on the phone tried to fight with me when I brought up that I hadn't called about their service. They'd called me 3 times by that point.

He went above and beyond our expectations to do his job—despite some quirks of the existing plumbing in our older home— and then made suggestions with clarity and no pressure. Simon has helped us and my parents with plumbing issues multiple times. He has high integrity. There have been 2 times where he could've charged us more but didn't. The first I accidentally paid more than the invoice and he brought my money back to me before I realized it. The second, my parents had a clog and it turned out the pool guy left a pipe blocking the exit pipe from the house. He didn't charge my parents anything despite driving all the way to their house and diagnosing the problem. He easily could've ripped them off because it seemed like a much bigger problem but Simon offered to do it free of charge.



He had fixed multiple things for us since we found out about him and he is always quick to respond and complete the work. His work is always high quality and you can tell he cares about doing work that lasts.

These guys are not only fast ( I had to have a hole dug in my kitchen because of pipe) I never thought the repairs would work (old house) let alone be so fast, and tidy. Truth is, I always switched plumbers due to bad experiences, finally I have a plumbing company that actually helps you and does the job. As a woman dealing with contractors you normally figure they are going to BS you - not these guys they actually help you. And go out of their way to get the job done affordably. I cannot thank them enough for making a stressful situation easy
