Comfort Experts is the best HVAC company in Phoenix and I highly recommend them. I needed my air conditioning unit replaced and Ryan Mikita came out to my house and gave me a free estimate. I got quotes from several other companies and CE offered the most at the best price. Ryan was very professional and helped me find the best unit for my house. He was straight-forward and honest. Installation went smoothly and the installation technicians were fantastic. They even took the time to balance the air flow in my house and resolved an issue from the past contractor. The technicians went above and beyond to help us. They have offered to come back as many times as needed to ensure my HVAC system works as intended. Thank you Comfort Experts for the great experience. I will be sure to use you again.

Recently used Ace Handyman Services for a new installation of a storm security door.It was definitely 5 star service across the entire teamvery individual I interacted with PV Ace Handymsn service team, The schedule coordinator, as well as the individual craftsmans. They were all sincerly polite, very helpful, and actively worked on personally keeping you in the loop by individually contacting me to confirm appointments, arrival times, and prohect updates.The first craftsman Scott, was. So patient, and went above and beyond not only identifying items I had misordered, but also helping me make correct selections to reorder. He also re crated the door, to help expedite pickup/ exchange of correct door.When Scott was unable to make it back on the day my new door was ready to be installed, Jerry was able to step in, and install my new.door. Jerry was also wonderful to work with. He was able to coordinate his time around scheduling conflicts with 2 different Dr. appointments, I had for my mother. He also kept me in the loop on arrival times, (actually able to arrive early, and complete sooner than expected). He took the time to make sure I knew how to work my new touch sensor/ key pad lock, and recommended additional service follow up needs.I enjoyed working with all the individual team members of PV Handyman Service, would recommend them, and use them again.

I received an estimate from Metro Builders to replace a fence that was knocked over during a monsoon. I filed a claim with my insurance company with the estimate that was paid out. Metro Builders then sent me a formal contract which I signed and executed. I had to chase them down to get them to come out and measure. Right before they started, they told me that they miscalculated and needed an extra 20% and wouldn’t honor my signed contract. Clearly lack attention to detail and wouldn’t honor the executed agreement. After that, needed to restart the process with a new contractor.

Been doing business with Dave for years now, would recommend his company to anyone who needs a good contractor!
