Best Emergency Plumbing in Phoenix AZ

Service-call reason: burning smell in washing machine.

Side note: Didn't know I could request quotes directly through the Yelp app; so convenient!

Actual Review: Gabe responded to my request right away, asked for Make & Model, and provided a quote (some others who responded could not provide a quote without needing to come out first). Gabe came out the next day and arrived ON TIME (just by that, I'm already sold!). Then he fixed our issue and the actual charge came out a little less than the quote (the clincher!). Now I can do laundry again! Yay!?!?

Everything about this service-call was perfect, we've scheduled a return visit so he can look at our dryer next. :)

Last notes:
1.) We appreciate that he didn't charge extra for coming out this far (Estrella, Goodyear) as some providers do. :)
2.) Gabe was personable and easy to talk to. He will be our go-to guy for this and other electrical issues from now on.

Tony was extremely competent, courteous, and professional. He takes pride in doing excellent work, and he answered all of my questions. I am beyond pleased with both the work and the experience. I will definitely be calling this company again.

A good company to work for!

I had an issue with my outside lights and few outlets not working and called Penguin Air. They sent out technician CJ Evans who was courteous, on time and informed me what the issue was. Thankfully it was a small emergency but I was extremely satisfied with the service CJ provided and will be calling Penguin Air in the future.

The first electrician told me I had aluminum wires and wanted me to upgrade everything to address that which was thousands of dollars. He didn’t show up on the work day. The second electrician told me I had copper wires and provided a different quote for the work which was actually needed. The second electrician was great! The office staff didn’t respond to any emails…. First electrician gets a one star. Second electrician gets 5 stars ….

Way beyond expectations! Bob is the most knowledgeable and experienced plumber I have ever met. Fixed all of my plumbing issues I had throughout the house. Great personality and very helpful. Keeping him on speed dial for sure!

Thanks Scott for the quick response and saving the day!! AC going out in Phoenix in the middle of summer is not FUN!!! Worried about the cost of replacing our AC, Scott was able to quickly repair our unit and we did not need to replace it!! He'll be on speed dial now!

Great company to work for. Highly rated! Isaac is a wonderful foreman, and ever job lead I worked with was a pleasure to work along side.

I just wish Phoenix wasn't gross and that the weather wasn't like a preview of hell fire.
