Best Emergency Call in Phoenix AZ

After experiencing our 3rd leak, we decided to replace the plumbing under our sink. Our plumbing project was completed by Jason, and by the looks of it, it appears to be a real quality job. Time will tell.The reason for 4-stars and not 5 is due to the disconnect in the appointment setting. I am not certain if there is a personal issue between personnel (Kerwin and Jason), but in our case there was a lack of inter-office communication, which was just a bit irritating for us to manage. Get your office poop in a group and let the work shine through!UPDATE 7/2018: Project still holding up great!

Not happy with the performance of the installation of the new AC unit. Didn't work properly for almost six weeks. Had to replace parts and now our roof is leaking around the parts. Showing through the ceiling in the master bedroom staining the ceiling. Called and talked to someone who was supposed to be from the warranty department. He said we would have to call our roofer. This is from the installation of the unit not the roof which is now damaged due to having to have some many repairs on the roof.

Isaiah and Lorenzo showed up early in the AM on week day and were very customer oriented, kind and professional. Isaiah did everything in his power to make sure I was satisfied. I'm pleased with the work they did.

NexLvl Plumbing as been fantastic to work with! The plumber they have sent, Lauren, is the most professional, helpful and skilled plumber we’ve worked with. She has consistently completed quality repairs, while working with our business’ complicated schedule. We’ve used a number of companies over the years, but NexLvl has been the most reliable and skilled, they are our go to!

I made an appointment to have a technician come out and price a job. He arrived as scheduled, looked at the job and we agreed on a price with the tech to return between 7a-9a the next day. When pricing the job, it was noted that we have cPVC plumbing and the tech called his supervisor to confirm they would be able to take the job.



The next day, the 7-9 window passed so I called and spoke to someone who said they’d look into it. Within 10 minutes, the tech called and said they wouldn’t be able to do the job because of the cPVC.



I’m extremely disappointed in how this was handled. Had they told me initially they wouldn’t do the work I’d have been fine but here I am now scrambling to find someone. Why would they price and accept the job and tell me they’d be back the next day?



Certainly not very Heroic from the Rooter Heroes.

We needed our pressure gauge replaced after a sudden pressure surge from the city. We, also, wanted a Moen Flo monitor installed. We received a bid from Simon. He was here immediately when we were ready for install. We were very satisfied with his pricing and workmanship.

Called in morning and showed up within the hour. Very quick service and had everything finished quickly. Would recommend calling them for your plumbing needs.

Pruitt’s Plumbing made it to our home on a Friday afternoon with a same day appointment. Martin was able to diagnose and repair the issue quickly. The owner even fielded a few questions. True professionalism at every level. We now have a working shower/tub.

My entire AC unit had to be replaced but thankfully A.P.E.S. sent me Quincy as my technician. Quincy did an outstanding job! He was on time, friendly, and very professional. He completed the job well before the estimated time. I couldn't have asked for a better technician, the service I received was top notch!

I called Second Opinion Plumbing late evening and they came out the next morning first thing. Their response time was incredible and they fixed the problem within a couple hours. Our main line was blocked up and they cleared it and showed us what the issue was and how to prevent it in the future. Great work and highly recommend them.

I was going to replace the innards ofthe commode in our Home. I couldn’tget the “FLAT NUT” loosened so I could havejust replaced the inside flow valve. THEcommode was in a very very tight spot,and my fat pliers wouldn’t work . So wecalled Roto Rooter, and within a reasonabletime a man named Troy came out.
