I have nothing but wonderful feedback for this company. The day we called they came out there and started drying out the walls from the flooding that took place. They have been working on the repairs on my parents house for the past few months. Even though it’s been a journey, they have been helpful, professional, transparent, and responsive along the way. My parents are so happy to be back home now and could not be happier with their “new” home! This company was recommended to me and I whole heartedly recommend them to whoever needs repairs done. Another plus, my insurance agents had nothing but positive things to say about working with them on the accounting and business side as well!

We are buying a house that had some water damage. Another competitor restoration company promised to send someone out to look at it for us. Three days later, they had not, and we had very little time left on our inspection period.

AM/PM very kindly agreed to make some time in their schedule---right after heavy rains when they were busy---to send someone out on short notice. Really appreciate their willingness to work on a tight timeline and help us out.

I called these guys in the middle of the night due to a leak that caused flooding inside my house and they responded fast! They got to my house to put things in order and quickly worked in the damage area. My insurance agent worked with them directly without any problems at all. Definitely recommend for anyone in Arizona!

Our home was flooded just before the holidays. Ryan and his team showed up quickly and the team was knowledgeable and professional. Ryan is very responsive and communicated each step in the process. Thank you Christian Brothers Restoration for bringing back my home which was impossible to restore. They were respectful, hardworking, and responsible when it came to restoring my home. They knew what they were doing, how they were going to do it, and were honest through throughout the project. If you have any mold, bacteria, or even experience a tremendous disaster like me they are the ones to call. You will not regret them and they will make your home look better than new!

I dont know how this company is with Their work, But as for jobs they truly suck. Extremely undependable. Call and waste time to say they want a interview and HR will call to schedule and never hear back!! If you cant keep in contact for a job how can you run a business?

I had a leak in the middle of the night and woke up to water everywhere in my kitchen. Even with it very early in the morning these guys were able to get out to my place and start cleaning up very quick. The best part is they helped me with a lot of the insurance questions. Great company!

We called this company to repair our toilet that would constantly flush on its own. An hour and $350 in repairs later, the problem was still there. So we called them back and asked to come install a new toilet (which we bought on our own) the next day. They took about an hour and charged $380. While installing, the technician mistakenly pulled down our shower curtain (next to the toilet) and broke it beyond repair. When we talked to their customer service to get reimbursed for our new $40 curtain rod, the customer service agent basically told my husband the tension rod fell down on its own and that payment seems unlikely (even after the employee reported the incident). $770 plus the cost of the new toilet later, I am thankful the job is done but will never use this company again due to terrible customer service and outrageous pricing.
