I found the tech Jason Becker so invested in solving my issue, he listened and cared. A fantastic customer service experience. Then speaking with the scheduling team and others at this company I would highly recommend them again. This company cares about doing the right thing by its customers. Will definately use them again.

I had Lou and Adam come to my house - first for a free quote on some plumbing work then to repipe the tubes under my sink. They were helpful, kind and very knowledgeable. They even taught me a few things while they were there. Any future plumbing work, I’m going with them.

2 Good Plumbers gave me a great deal to replace my water heater. There were able to come out first thing on a Monday morning. Joe's guy showed up on time, explained to me what needed to be done, and completed the work quickly and efficiently. I have a smaller water heater because I have a condo and it's under a counter which makes replacing it more difficult. This wasn't a problem though. I plan on using 2 Good Plumbers again.

Anthony's plumbing does not stand by their work or service.

They treat you with the worst customer service in the world.

I called and requested service and was told I had a 30 warranty. Unfortunately I had to call them back because the problem wasn't fixed.

I was greeted with sorry excuses of why it didn't get fixed and implying blame.

I was questioned on the receipt over the phone which seemed like an excuse to weasel out of it.

I was told that they had more important service calls to attend to and asked me to wait for a call back with no set time or date. I waited and waited... and waited

I made a follow up call to at least get an approximate time and date.

Again to be reminded that they have more important work to do and went on to provide examples and comparisons of their bigger issues according to them. I wouldn't call you if I didn't think I had a problem. Again I was told I would have to wait. I informed her/him that my situation was a problem

and was offered no help.

All Anthony's Plumbing does is take your money and forget about you and the bad service they render.

Thinking about calling them? Your better off flushing your money down the toilet.

The man who came to do the repair was so respectful and nice. He completed the work efficiently and timely. He answered my questions and it was a pleasure to have him in my home.

Adam was great. Got us $75 off service PLUS was knowledgable and did a thorough job. Took out everything under sinks and put stuff back. Never saw anything like it! 90-day warranty AND is coming back to take pic of plumbing in walls. This is included in price. I'm very satisfied. Sinks running again..hallelujah!
