Hector, the owner, was on the job daily to check progress and make sure that everything was going smoothly. He and his crew were a pleasure to work with, very efficient and did a beautiful job for us. He told us that he would build us a fence that would last a lifetime and I believe it will.

This is great quality fiber mesh fence with solid poles. It is removable but looks good and feels solid so we will probably leave it up year around. Mitchell was great to deal with, no high pressure sales pitch, willing to take time and explain everything, talk through our options and work up an estimate of fence length. He and his partner were able to come do the install a week after we signed. They came on time and did an excellent, professional job, with good ideas and suggestions for the details of the final layout (but open to discussion). Things like pros and cons of gate placement or how much room to leave inside and outside the fence benefited from their experience but were customized to our preferences. Highly recommended!

They did a good job with the block pony wall I had put in; but now there are at least four places where the blocks are loose. Looks like they fell short on the mortar. I can't get them to fix the problem. Excuses, promises and lies. I am very disappointed in them.

Update - my phone number hasn't changed and there are no VM's from you, so as you say....let's get this done. The woman who I was contacting has blocked me for no good reason. I was never rude or nasty to her. I quit texting her long ago since it was a waste of time.

I spoke to Armando on a Monday for a quote and was told I would receive a text to which I could reply with details in writing. And I was told I would receive a quote about 24 hrs after that. Never received a text.

Decided to reach out and spoke to Armando again before leaving a Google review. I received apology and then the text. I sent details. No quote 24 hrs later. Sent a follow up text and was assured I would receive quote. Never did.

I have a feeling if my husband had called, he might have gotten a response, a timely response at that. But a female asks for a fencing quote and the company can’t be bothered to reply.

DCS build my HS basketball program a brand new ball cage. They were fantastic to work with, efficient and kind. I highly recommend them for any service you need!

Had a section of my wall replaced due to tree root damage. They had to cut down the blocks to match the rest of the wall which was very labor intensive. They did a great job and the wall looks amazing.

Juan and the rest of the Sereno team were wonderful to work with. We had them extend our existing block wall and then install a custom RV Gate. The design process was smooth with Juan lending his expertise, their prices were very competitive, and they finished the job well ahead of schedule. We couldn't be happier!

Just had an awesome experience with Marcus. I am a homeowner who needed help with a project. Very polite and courteous. Saved me a bunch of money vs a Big Box Store.

DCS did an RV gate for me and I couldn’t be happier with them. Excellent communication and excellent workmanship. Highly recommend. A+

I do not know where to start. They has been so patient with the ups and downs of getting my fence installed. The guys were friendly, fast and knowledgeable. I love my fence and appreciate them working with me...I would 100% recommend this company.

This is the WORST service I have received in a very long time. I was given their contact info by the mesh manufacturer as I was very excited to use their product (and still am).
1. Damen was a no show the first estimate appointment and texted 30 min after our set time to tell me he was on the other side of town and would not make it.
2. Rescheduled with Damen and texted to ensure he was still coming about 15 min after appointment. He responded with I just left my first meeting a little behind this am. I'm about 25 min out which felt a bit like a cop out and that he actually forgot.
3. In between when the first appointment was supposed to happen and the second Damen and I had many texts back and forth about what I was looking for as well as a satellite version of my yard with my desired fence layout. Upon him arriving for the second appointment he was asking me all the same questions we had talked about via text as if we had never talked before. At this point I wasn't even sure if I was dealing with the same person...I reexplained and finished the appointment.
4. I called their office and talked to Rick (the owner) to see about getting a different sales person as I was really unimpressed with Damen. He seemed unsure but agreed to let me work with someone else.
5. I was called back a few days later (9/20) for a deposit ($700+) and told they would get me on the schedule. I received an email stating that install would happen Tuesday 10/19 at 7am and that I would get a call the night before with more details.
6. No call and no show on install day, so I called (8am) and the receptionist told me the scheduler would call me back as she was unsure what happened.
7. No call by 11:30am so I called back and the scheduler answered. When I asked what happened she said that she never received my layout and therefore never ordered my fencing. She said someone named Brian would be in touch.
8. No call from Brian, so I called back today (10/20) and was told that Rick would call me.
9. Brian calls me this afternoon and asks me what is happening as he has a note to call me. I explain what is going on and ultimately just tell him I would like a refund. He said okay and hung up on me.

All of this without a single apology or recognition of their fault in this. I will update on the refund process.

I ordered a 12 1 7/8 Galvanized 4 rail pipe gate for my horse corral. I had purchased on a few years ago from the and it was perfect. They said it was done and it wasn't. The gave me a 12 1 5/8 painted 4 rail gate. I picked up the panel and about two day slater they delivered the swinging gate portion. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

We needed privacy for our neighbors and ourselves so that our dogs would have access to our entire backyard. The previous wall had wrought iron fencing. Not good with us having four large dogs. Chris's team gave an estimate for a brick wall that was almost the same price for a wooden fence from another company. The work was done sooner than we expected, including only talking a day to complete! We absolutely love our new wall and our dogs have the entire backyard to themselves!

Doug and the crew were extremely prompt and professional. Highly recommend.
