My husband and I had our roof replaced just before Thanksgiving by Scott Roofing. Based on past experiences with other companies, we had only average expectations for the quality and service we would receive. We just wanted to say how surprised and pleased we were with the results and service provided by the superintendent, and the crew that replaced our roof. We really appreciate them, as it is difficult many times to find excellent contractors. They surpassed our expectations with their efficiency, thorough work, quality of work, politeness, and professionalism. They were also very willing to answer any questions we had and was clear and thorough in communicating information. Based on our excellent experience, we would definitely recommend this company to others.

We had our roof done by Allstate a few weeks ago and we had a great experience with this company. They did quality work, they were punctual and very communicative throughout the whole process and great to work with. They did a great job re-foaming my roof. They stand by their work. Someone always comes by after job is done to see that everything is done to our satisfaction. They had to alter a minor problem I caught 2 months later and they promptly fixed it.

I am so pleased to share my experience with Mikku and Sons. They fixed the leakage in my house and added some new pipes down through my kitchen roof. They worked professionally and I am completely satisfied. They were being honest with the cost of the damage. They know their craft and explain well what procedure needs to be done. Very happy with their work and their prices are reasonable. We had an issue that showed up about a month after their resealing work on our roof but they showed up quickly and made the small fix.

Very professional company covering Arrowhead region in the west valley. They stand by their work and do not try to gouge the customers for badly needed repairs. When the leaky roof was repaired in the summer, Castille Roofing did a partial repair where the source of the leak came from. However, over the Christmas holiday we received driving rain which caused more leaking in the same section. They gave us full credit for the work done in the summer and redid the repair work and covered a larger area. We were very grateful that they responded within a week of the new leaking even during the holiday season. All work is guaranteed and pictures of the repair were provided.

I would recommend this company for a roofing job. They are a good value and do a great job and the team is very nice and respectful and got the job done in a timely manor. Very please with how it turned out and the whole job went. Would use them again but hope I won't need to for a log while! :-)

We had a complete tear out and replacement of our roof. The price was fair and they did a great job. But, what is most impressive was the continual communication and oversight from the owner as well as pictures to update us on the actual progress. The owner went by the house a number of times to check and double check the work. He was very honest and there were no surprises during the process. I have worked with a lot of contractors and have never found one to have such exceptional communication and customer service skills. Thank you for the terrific experience!

This company was an advocate for me and my savings they went above and beyond to try and help me get the most I could from a bad situation with my roof. Not only did they help talk to my insurance company but also relayed all the information to me properly and without delay. The installation was clean and quick and they did not hound or inconvenience me at all during the installation or set up. Would recommend 10/10

Did a complete re-roof on my rental home in the Cove at North Canyon and I couldn't be more pleased. Showed up on time as promised, completed all the work sooner than expected and we had both a tile and flat roof to recondition and replace! Cleanup was done quickly and perfectly. All this, AND they were less expensive than most all the other quotes!! What a Deal. Try em, you'll love em!!

If you are looking to have your roof serviced or, in my case, replaced then look no further than Stapleton Roofing. After interviewing 4 different roof contractors, I was blown away by what was offered from Stapleton. But before you pass judgement that I might not be qualified, here is my story.
Everyone in Phoenix remembers the hail storm of 2010 and the damage it left in its wake. We did the wrong thing and hired a company based on price alone - HUGE mistake. I had more leaks with that roof done by an inferior company.
Additionally, I have a neighbor with a birdseed block who feeds birds that like to roost on MY roof. Those birds poked holes throughout my roof, too. You can't pick your neighbors but you can pick roofing companies with solutions for the problems.
After 4 kitchen pans for drips, a huge hole in the ceiling in our master bedroom to a CRAZY leak and bird holes everywhere, I did the search.
It is rare to find good trades and even more rare to find ethical trades. Stapleton actually listened to my issues and did not give me a standard answer that the other roof contractors provided. And they did everything they said they would do.
I felt the contract was a good value but what I learned is you NEVER want to take shortcuts with a roof - I learned that the hard way.
In summary, Stapleton Roofing is awesome and you'll like the results.

After 3 wrong companies. I called Michael and he resolved my roofing problem easily. They were very punctual and efficient. Michael was also very easy to work with.

The consultant, Korbyn was very professional and the workers did a super job and cleaned up everything so nothing was left behind. I am very pleased with the looks of the roof. I would recommend them to anyone.
