Best And Repair in Phoenix AZ

1) Was charged double fee for 1st time service for additional work. Only worked 40 minutes for $150 and never made over charge right.
2) Was never asked about over seeding so we requested over seeding for winter lawn 2 weeks ago and was told owner would make contact. Still have not heard back.
3) Was told irrigation would be addressed as part of initial visit. Find out only sprinklers system timer is checked as part of service. Sprinkler timer was still too much as flooding in areas continued.
4) We have hired an outside company to investigate leak. 3 Sprinkler heads were broken and one section of sprinkler system was timed too long as it was flooding the area as per licensed contractor.
5) Every other week service was rescheduled by one to three days.

This company was certainly not above or beyond nor did they deliver on promised service.

The guys showed up and made some suggestions, did their work, cleaned up and went to their next job. Very professional and we will use them again.

Elite tree Service has done a great job tree trimming and pruning in the past. When it came time to update the landscaping, we called Elite Tree Service for assistance. Mike came out for the bid and did a great job recommending different types of trees for the different areas we wanted to update. Citrus trees are their specialty, but they also work with all types of trees - each with a two year warranty. The planting crew, lead by Austin was prompt, courteous and professional.

Only giving 2 stars because the yard looked great the service. The problem I'm having is my wife was initially quoted 550 dollars to remove the weeds in both the front and back yard. I admit there were quite a bit of weeds there but not 550 dollars worth for just plain removal. After speaking with my wife asking her if the price could be lowered she spoke with the landscaper again and the price dropped to 450. It was expensive but I figured reasonable if the yard would stay looking that way for a period of time. Fast forward to a week later, weeds growing rapidly in my yard and when texting the owner I receive a text back saying they don't guarantee weeds to not grow back for a certain period of time but will come back to treat the yard for another 299 dollars. Absolute rip off. Last time I'll ever use this company again. Completely unprofessional with how they made our appointment and communicated.

This is our 3rd year using Hungry Tree for trimming our olive trees and spraying them to stop olive/fruit production. Excellent customer service and their work outstanding. They clean up nicely as well.

I saw them working on our neighbor’s trees a few months ago and made an appointment with them that day. Great service and good prices. Very knowledgeable. Will definitely call them again.

Had a massive Mesquite tree that I needed gone.
Fabian was quick with a quote, got me scheduled within a couple days and showed up on time.

The owner Eli Hall and his crew are amazing! When we initially inquired about services they responded immediately! They continue to be extremely professional and reliable. I would absolutely recommend AMS Landscaping if you want your yard to be beautiful and responsiveness is important to you.

Don't know anything about the company other than one of their trucks smashed a car in the frys parking lot, so hard, he lifted the car off of the ground. Got out Looked. Got back in the truck and drove off. Luckily, i got pictures. Not too cool.

They showed up and took care of the weeds, bushes, backyard lawn, and our troublesome palm tree, all under three hours, and it looks fantastic! Kept an open dialogue and we're very happy with how it all looks now. Will hire for monthly services.
