Best Plumbing Repair in Phoenix AZ

I called Maloney a week ago for a drain stoppage after finding they were advertising an extremely low price for the service I was looking for. They were my first phone call. After speaking to Kitty and a plumber on the phone, I was informed that low advertised price was a mistake and shouldn’t have been on Maloney’s website. I said thanks for the info, but I would educate myself further and make a few other calls.About 20 minutes later, Kitty out of the blue called me back. She informed me that was Maloney’s mistake having the incorrect advertised price, and that they would come out and repair/fix the stoppage for that advertised price. I was blown away.This drain stoppage in my house was pretty bad. Maloney’s had 2 plumbers at my Chandler home (coming all the way from Central PHX) to fix this issue. It took them about 3-4 hours to fix. Kitty herself even made the drive down to check on her employees and make sure the issue was resolved in my home. And after the drain stoppage was fixed, the amount I was charged was the original amount that was advertised on the website.I couldn’t have been more impressed with the levels of integrity, professionalism, customer service, and quality of workmanship of Maloney. I would recommend them to anyone.

Chris and Nate were very considerate and efficient when installing our new tub. Knowledgeable about the process so much that it was a fun educational experience! Polite while I was working from home and let me know if things were about to get loud for a bit so, I could still function through the day. Repaired a flange on the toilet, but upon reinstall the float broke. Tech probably grabbed it to tighten the water supply line. Anyway, that broke, then the rep just walked away from the job. Walked in a day later to a flooded house. Be sure to stay on top of your technician. He will leave you a flood if you you do not monitor him. Tried to get me to pay another 130 trip fee to fix the flood as well. Note to plumber: if you hear or see a leak, at least have the courtesy to turn off the water and tell me. Toilet was hissing! And don't say you just lift the toilet, I saw a pic w the tank cover off.

We had Joe come out to do some plumbing renovations for an upstairs condo. Joe was very thorough and always on time. He was very clear and open about what he was needing to do and he did a great job! We are very satisfied and will absolutely use him again when the time comes. We’d highly recommend Joe!

We had a leak in our wall and we could feel the water reaching under the floor boards so we called them. By the appointment day they got here the leak had somehow stopped. But since it was a second leak from after they already worked on it, we thought they'd be quick to fix and re-evaluate the first fix. But this fact didn't seem to bother them. The first guy came, talked and talked, eventually needed to call a supervisor. He didn't do jack. The supervisor came and took the problem to a whole new level: counting the humidity level from the leak without showing us and then exaggerating it to his coworker over the phone, pointing out code issues with the wall, and started saying the whole water heater needed replacing (no one even from his own company had said anything about these points before), repeating "but insurance will cover everything so no problem" over and over. We lost it when this supervisor said he was going to call a THIRD GUY who is actually the estimator. No, Nope, and Never Again. We called Pink Plumbing and when HE saw that the leak had stopped he went straight home in 10 mins, "no further action necessary, call again when it does actually start leaking". Guess who we will call when there is a leak? (Custom Plumbing is a sister company to Copper State which was horrible at everything including arriving on time, arriving on the day promised, and signing off as having fixed a mold where they hadn't.)

Anazing from customer service to quality of work. MOST of all to HONESTY. THEY SAVED ME 1500 another company over quoted me. soooo they will get more of my business. I am having them back to replace shower faucets

These guys are outstanding! I set up an appointment for the next day and the plumber was there right on time. I explain my problem and his diagnosis was spot-on. They fix the problem and cost was reasonable. Plumber Jason worked his butt off and did a fantastic job.
