I would never recommend this company. I am having a terrible time trying to get my condo back together. It has been 3 months since a pipe broke in my master bedroom bath and I still do not have a toilet or vanity and I still have plastic up where the walls should be. In the hall bathroom, although there is a toilet, the tile from the floor is no longer and I have missing walls. I was told by the Estimator/Inspector that my vanity would be replaced due to water damage, and that once the construction started, the supervisor would tell me where to go and look at new ones, instead the supervisor informed me that the estimate had it listed as R & R which is remove & restore, which means all they do is take the vanity out and replace the bottom section and then put it back in.

These people tell you they will call you back and set up appointments to start the job - but it never happens. I have called and e-mailed the person handling my job and he has yet to get back to me.

We had water in the master bathroom. I reached out to my insurance company and 1-800 Water Damage came to the rescue. The service technician was great in terms of professional, efficient and cleanliness. I really appreciated that he cleaned up as he went. Tom Hodges was great throughout the process. I would highly recommend.

I’m so grateful that my husband has found Phoenix water damage services to come check our water damage! From the minute ,Robert the owner and his team entered our home, my husband and I knew that Robert is the guy we need him to work on our house. We always get stressed when we have a service/ maintenance company come to give us an assessment of the situation and a price estimate. We literally dread it ! Because, unfortunately a lot of them who come always exaggerate of the situation and you feel like they are racking up the bill just to try to squeeze as much money ? out of you so basically ripping you off ☹️but With Robert, we felt immediately that the man is very honest! Honest about how bad the situation is and exactly how much it will cost! And we absolutely loved that! He immediately inspected our walls with professional tools he used and told us right away what was going on. I had to go pick up my son from school at that time so I go and come back and I see that the company already set up the equipment with many Professional fans and started working on the area! You could tell they have done this for years and they know what they are doing !! I loved how professional the service was from showing up on time within the window given to keeping us posted about time of arrival to setting up the place with all the necessary tools ⚒️ and then cleaning up after the work was done and following up on the job! My husband and I liked them so much that we decided to hire them for another project that is stretching our carpet and cleaning them and of course the service was outstanding again! I told them that they are going to be the only company I’m referring to my friends and family without looking elsewhere! I’m not surprised a bit that Robert is successful in what he does and already has locations in 32 states and one in Canada! He is great on all levels in his business and definitely makes sure he doesn’t leave you until you are satisfied. Again, thank you so much Phoenix water damage services for your amazing business!

They came out the same day I caught my water leak, assessed the damage, tore down the parts that were beyond repair and dried what was able to be save. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. They definitely made a stressful situation much easier to handle.

While my experience did not start out well with poor communication and, at times, no communication I was not thrilled with the service that I was getting. Then Troy was assigned to help me out because the other guy was too busy and everything changed. I cannot speak highly enough about Troy's professionalism, communication and dedication to making things right. He was aware of my recent loss and the situation that my family was in and went above and beyond what I expected to see from any company. Troy and his crew were all phenomenal and I appreciate everything he has done for us. We are now living in the house and extremely happy with the repairs.
