My washing machine was broken; it wouldn't spin or drain the water at all. I was really bummed because I definitely didn't have the funds to buy a new machine. My Mom actually saw Gabe's company, One Shot Installation on Yelp, and told me to contact him since he had such wonderful reviews. I honestly wish Google had the option for six stars because even his Yelp reviews didn't do him justice for how incredible he is. He arrived within half an hour after I initially called him, was incredibly polite and professional and almost immediately diagnosed the issue with my machine. He worked diligently for almost two hours on my washing machine and his company was such a pleasure. He was incredibly accommodating with not only my schedule but also my payment options, (my Mom was helping me pay but she is out of State). He was so affordable, and literally TOO generous with his pricing. If you are in need of ANYTHING regarding service within One Shot Installation's realm CALL GABE IMMEDIATELY!!! Not only is his service top notch; but he is a wonderful person and I thank God that he crossed my path.

Brad was professional, and honest. He took the time to explain things thoroughly that I could understand. We will definitely be using Brad again for all our water heater needs.

Installers arrived on time and my new hvac system was installed timely and professionally. Reviewed all aspects of system prior to leaving. Price was extremely competitive with other comparable companies. Highly recommend. The only negative thing I would say is that there was a lack of contact and follow up from the time I purchased the system to installation but not enough of an issue to downgrade rating or not recommend

This is the second time I've used Handyman Connection for a major renovation project, plus we've had them do a few odd jobs over the years. All of our experiences with them have been great. This time we had tile laid in two bathrooms, an old shower pulled out and a new one built in it's place, plus some toilets replaced. The handyman, Todd, was very friendly and professional, and he did a great job. Allen kept in touch every step of the way and made sure things got done right. There were a couple of hiccups along the way, as is expected whenever you do a major renovation, but Todd made the right suggestions and everything got sorted out quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommended Handyman Connection. In fact, they're in the process of doing some more work for us right now.

Jessie the owner is a total shady character! Worst experience I've ever had with a plumber bar none! Run away!! He told me he doesn't work for 'Liberals' and left the job site without completing the work.

In today’s society where communication is very important I can honestly say he stayed in touch with me from the beginning of the process and well after he was finish with the work at my place. As a long time exhibitor participating in events across 5 states we have never experienced a utility provider that treats vendors so poorly. We were a late addition to an event based on a cancellation and didn't have the opportunity to send our electrical order in for the advanced payment discount. We sent the order form in the day we received our exhibitor contract, which was only 1 business day past the discount rate. Refusing to honor the discount their rep claimed they do not negotiate with vendors. As a service provider FOR vendors this type of robotic, boiler plate response is something we have never encountered in 15 years at hundreds of events. Absolutely disgusted and disappointed to say the least. Beware of working with this company in Arizona if you do trade shows. Horrible customer service.
