Best Plumbing Repair in Phoenix AZ

Gabe is a real professional. He knows what he is doing. Came over to my house and saved me lots of money. Almost threw away my brand new dryer thinking it was bad but I had an electrical issue. He ran new wires and breakers into my home. Havent had a problem since. He really knows his stuff. Highly recommend him. Great costumer service as well. I would use him for any electrical issues at home.

The technician was very polite & courteous, but seemed unsure of himself & almost forgot to have me turn off the power. I wanted the tank flushed, but he said that draining it served as a flushing. Also said it was unnecessary to remove or inspect the element (not what I have been told in the past)...

Great company, pro-Union.

EDIT 1/11/20: Had a great experience with them for HVAC repair. Not so much for Plumbing. Called them again for a water heater that was tripping the circuit breaker. They charged me for someone to come out, and I was quoted 800 for a water heater repair, 1600 to replace altogether. They also turned off the valve without telling me. Called another plumbing company, they sent someone out for FREE, and said there was no problem with the unit and that the issue was electrical, but my issue might've been a one off scenario. So far, after turning everything back on, it's working fine. Long story short I was almost RIPPED OFF by Penguin.ORIGINAL: Absolutely amazing from start to finish. My tech, Jimmy, was amazing. AC unexpectedly broke around evening time, when the interior of my house went up to 90. I called several places and Penguin was the only one who could come out the same night. They told me they'd come out around 10pm, but to my surprise I got a 30 minute courtesy call around 7pm. This was maybe 1 or 2 hours after I originally called? Jimmy was extremely professional and courteous, and he fixed our issue in no time. He was honest and pleasant. Everyone I talked to on the phone was also pleasant and understanding. There was virtually no hold time. I can't recommend Penguin (and thank their workers) enough, these guys are gonna be my new go-to.

Water heater drain and check up.

My first experience with Fixer was a 10/10 experience. I reached out to them because one night our Air Handler was not turning on and flashing a low voltage warning to our nest thermostat. I called 3 different HVAC companies and finally got one out the next day. Quick analysis showed that the unit was perfectly fine, but it appeared to be an electrical issue with the outlet that the unit was plugged into. Queue the real headache of the service industry:

1.) Called a local electrician, quoted a 200 diagnostics fee just for showing up and then parts and labor would be on top. Soonest availability was 4 weeks out.
2.) Called another 'national' electrician, quoted a 150 fee for showing up and additional hours would be 75 per hour with parts and labor. Earliest availability was 2 months out!
3.) Discovered Fixer online and filled out the repair request based on what i knew. Was quoted $119 for the first hour and then everything would be prorated to the minute there after. Felt reasonable and the best part was they could get someone there the next day. My fixer showed up, was extremely professional and quickly diagnosed the issue that the HVAC company could not. Upon diagnosing the issue, my fixer explained everything that he was going to try and then explained what could be the root cause. 1 trip to the hardware store for parts and my fixer was completed with the project. Two burnt out electrical switches and plugs and everything was back up good as new. Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. total cost $200 with parts and labor.

So quickly said, if you value your time, want transparency with what is actually occurring with your problem, and want top of the line customer service, give Fixer a shot. Could not be happier with their work.

Travis Johnson is the man. If you can request a technician, ask for him! Gave some great advice for our home improvement projects and was able to help us out the same day. Timely, professional, and cleaned up afterwards.

Greg was a fantastic person. This was our first ever remodeling project and having someone like Greg handling everything was such a relief. He was always on time and always working hard. Both of my bathrooms look great, we are really happy with how it all came out. Everyone I've talked to at Handyman Connection has been great, but Greg was exceptional in not only his work ethic but customer service skills. I will return with more business and recommend to friends and family your company.

Jessie gave me the cheapest quote to re route half my plumbing he got it done quick and also help me fix a couple other stuff too highly recommend if your trying to save money and get a job Done fast and right thanks again.

Scott is reliable and gets the job completed In a professional and timely matter. My experience has always been the best. When my AC unit needed repair he quickly came out and fixed my unit. Now it's being replaced and he most helpful In walking me through the process. It's hard to find someone honest and to provide exceptional services. Scott is the guy to handle your AC emergencies! Going forward I will use no one else. Thanks Scott!

We used ATR to mount a TV and some lightning on our patio. The experience went very well and we are totally thrilled with the work that was completed. Randy was very professional and we already have discussed our next project with him. ATR is responsible and does quality work. We will certainly use them again!!!

Didn’t use them as a service but their truck on the road driving frantically cutting people off not a great look ! I’ll never use them

I just called to see if interested in work! When answer phone he was unprofessional just a hello not a company greeting. . Was pretty rude honetly! then before finshed talking it was im busy it be a month and hung up. Sounds like you need a break or find another carrer not dealing with public!!

As a long time exhibitor participating in events across 5 states we have never experienced a utility provider that treats vendors so poorly. We were a late addition to an event based on a cancellation and didn't have the opportunity to send our electrical order in for the advanced payment discount. We sent the order form in the day we received our exhibitor contract, which was only 1 business day past the discount rate. Refusing to honor the discount their rep claimed they do not negotiate with vendors. As a service provider FOR vendors this type of robotic, boiler plate response is something we have never encountered in 15 years at hundreds of events. Absolutely disgusted and disappointed to say the least. Beware of working with this company in Arizona if you do trade shows. Horrible customer service.
