Best Plumbing Repair in Phoenix AZ

Before we needed our remodel we got bids from several different companies and decided to stick with well known companies and were a little leery of using a handyman type person to do the complete remodel of 2 of our bathrooms in our house. We got a very prominent company that always advertises on KTAR and we know that they did good work. The sent out a design person and came up with great ideas, right up until the quote.. We told them our budget to start with but there quote was about $15K higher than what we wanted, which irritated me to no end. We asked them what we needed to do to get it back in budget and everything went from high-end to super low-end and turned out to be nothing of what we wanted. This was not what we wanted!! I decided to look elsewhere , I picked up my cell phone and found Allure and looked at the pictures of work that he had done and liked what I saw. I called the number and talked to John (Houser) about giving us a bid. He came out to the house and I told him what I wanted to have done and told him of the other company that gave us a bid. I simply asked John what he could do that would keep us in our budget. He looked at it and simply said everything. I was in shock at first, and then I was really angry at the other firm and felt like they were really going to try advantage of me. In retrospect, dealing with Allure was one of the greatest decisions we ever made. John turned out to be a hands-on owner and monitored all aspects
of the remodel. The crew always kept us informed, always showed up on time and offered suggestions along the way that really made the experience so enjoyable. If you are thinking of a remodel, give John a call and I am positive that you will never regret it. It's been over a year since the bathrooms have been completed and my wife still comes out after her bath (in our nice new jetted tub) and says how much she just loves what Allure has done, and I love the fact that he kept his word, stayed on budget and everything was very professional from top-to-bottom. Thanks John for everything you've done.

I cannot say express how happy my husband and I are with the tub-to-shower conversion. I had no idea the results would be so professional and so very stylish. The finished product looks as if the house was built that way. I cannot thank you enough. Not only was the job done professionally by Jon, he also was so careful working around our walls and floor. You could tell he took pride in his work. And it was an added plus that Jon let us peek-in at different stages to see how this all came together. It is still hard for me to believe that Jon was able to accomplish the conversion in one day. We love our new bathroom look. I say new because it certainly looks as if we remodeled the whole bathroom. Thank you again. I am forever grateful. I cannot say enough good things about the workmanship and craftsmanship. We had a great experience with Re-Bath which converted 2 tub/shower combos to stand alone showers. I agree with other client reviews that the design consultation had a slight sales pitch tone however, our consultant Colin was very concerned about getting us exactly what we wanted. Re-Bath had everything we were looking for to customize our showers and we opted for real stone vs Re-Bath’s formed acrylic (SSP). The cost was high but we expected that when we chose to go with a company that could manage the project from beginning to end.Ray Hernandez was the project manager and we met with him twice during the 3-week project. The real star was our installer, Brett Sherry. He is a master of his craft when it comes to tile work. His years of experience shows in the quality of the finished product. Not only did he do a stellar job laying out the tile in our showers but he was responsible for everything behind each shower - plumbing, waterproofing, and on the spot designing. These projects take time and Brett went over and above to ensure the project met our expectations such as the exact placement of the niches based on the size of the shampoo bottles we typically use.Brett reached out each morning via GroupMe (a group chat app that allowed everyone on the project to communicate in one place) giving me his ETA. At the end of each day, Brett posted pictures of the progress and briefly recapped the project using GroupMe. I communicated with Ray via GroupMe as well and he was very responsive.I’d recommend Re-Bath to others and if your project requires Brett’s skill set then lucky you. The convenience, quality and assurance the project would be done on time was worth the money we paid.

I normally do not do reviews or recommendations companies unless I REALLY like them, or I REALLY had a terrible experience with them and I want to tell people to stay away!! This one is because I absolutely trust Holtzman and would recommend them to ANYONE looking to remodel their home!! This will be my 3rd major project that I have used Holtzman for. I started using them back in 2008 when Brandon and his crew built my daughters bedroom for her and did other remodeling projects around our house. The bedroom was of course beautiful complete with a walk in closet, custom built in shelving and chair rail in the room. She was so happy! It was beautiful and it was a great addition to the house! I then used them when we decided to buy a rental property and make some changes to update the house before putting it on the market for renters. Things like updating the flooring, countertops and bathrooms. Once again, they did not disappoint! Everything was beautiful and we had renters in no time at all! This time was no different! We decided to buy another property to rent but we were on a strict time schedule! I flew in from out of town, called Judy and told her my situation and that afternoon I was meeting with Paul! By the next day I had a quote and a plan and everything was good!
Yes, there have been delays but that is to be expected. But I will also say, Brandon himself went and did a walk through before things started and found mold and water damage. Had he not done that we would have never known. Some contractors could have just let it go and just covered it up! But of course Brandon let us know and the project had to stop while that was taken care of properly. It just shows Holtzman does care about what they are doing and that they take the time to do it right. I would rather have some delays then have people rushing to get things done and it not be done right.
Yes, I think they are a little higher priced. But I also believe you get what you pay for. I think their communication is great, Brandon always gets back to me. Holtzman has treated us like family since 2008, and they continue to do so through this crazy condo remodel of mine today! So thank you to Brandon and his entire Holtzman team!

A couple years ago a friend gave me a recommendation for a contractor she used as I was getting ready to do a big remodel of our master bathroom & bedroom. I called and Ross promptly called me back. He told me he would come out and look at what we wanted to do and would then give us a quote. Well, he came over on a Saturday and met with my husband & I. Ross had a lot of good suggestions we went with. We relied on his expertise and reputation and we are so glad we did! Our project turned out better than I could have imagined! Everyone who has ever seen it is blown away. Ross is a perfectionist and I really appreciate that about him. He was at our house, on time every day of the project. Fast forward 2 years. Jack was easy to work with on the planning stages. Also, the work was done without dust and debris leaving the area where work was being done. We would gladly refer others to use ReBath.

Getting my drywall repaired in my bathroom and garage was easy once I called this company. I first had an appointment for one of their team members who came over and took some pictures. Later the same day I received an estimate that was reasonable considering the amount of work that needed to be done.
