After a couple people from a different service could not figure out the issues. Joe and Miguel after their first visit knew the problem. The part may have taken a few weeks but after it was in , they promptly scheduled it to be fixed. These guys were nice, professional and worked quickly. APES also called us back periodically to let us know the status.

Justin was great! He diagnosed the problem, reproduced the problem to be sure, and did a great job explaining the situation. It turned out not to be a plumbing problem at all, but he still had suggestions for how to solve the problem without spending a ton of money. We use Hays for HVAC and plumbing and will definitely to continue to do so.

Josh was able to repair my A/C unit on labor day weekend, when the others were not able to come out for days. Too hot to wait for the other guys. He presented a few options to choose from and got the job done quickly. Highly recommend Penguin Air and will be using them in the future.

We decided to call this service after our main pipe was accidentally drilled into. Robert was willing to take on the job and came out right on time to provide a diagnosis and quote to fix. His communication was great and he explained everything which was reassuring and he also provided options. The same day service was phenomenal. We have running water again! Highly recommend! A++!

I had a seasonal maintenance done and when I complained the air flow in some of our ducts were bad Jorge and John came back and fixed the problem by straightening out the flows to the ducts. They had been kinked. This corrected the problem. Great team and deserve an A++.

Very disappointed with my experience so far. Had a brand new Trane unit installed a month ago. Making extremely loud noise and buzzing when running. Definitely not normal. No call no show on two separate service appointments. Called office to schedule another appointment. No call back. Received multiple text messages to schedule maintenance even though unit is brand new and maintenance isn't due for a year.

This company has ALWAYS provided A-1 service. Have used them for over 10 years and can depend on their quality. Just had one of their representatives, (Luis ) service my water softning unit. My VIP service was done today by Trevor, his tune up and system check was much more than I expected, Trevor explained everything he was doing in detail, the additional recommendations and why these other services are needed. I have had many A/C system tune up on my units by other companies over the years, but not to the extent this was performed, and now can clearly see there is a difference in quality. Additionally from the first day I started doing business with this company 7/14/16, everyone has been exceptional. I have no reason to ever do business with any other company for my future A/C and plumbing needs.

New AC/heating units installed in my home. Timothy came today to do a post install quality check. He spent 4 hours here, checking and testing the system from end to end. I was very impressed and very happy to know that the system was installed correctly and he did end up topping off the coolant. Great job all around. Very happy!

Plumbing problems are a pain in the neck. Its the one thing I cant do and dislike the most about taking care of my home. Scott is the guy you want on your side to help with any issue you cant take care of around your house. He was there when he said he would be....called ahead to confirm....had no issues running to get the parts i didnt have already - and was quick and efficient in his work.
