I'm putting in a pool and needed my sewer line relocated. My pool contractors gave me a 2 day notice on the excavation and DB was able to get me on the schedule. When we had a last minute change, DB was flexible and able to get the job done , even when my schedule caused issues. I'm planning on adding a bathroom in the future and won't hesitate to make DB my first call.

The Moon Valley Plumbing team recently installed some ground level cleanouts and re-conditioned the cast iron piping in our 50+ year old home. This was after another company stated they would have to rip up our concrete floor having identified the problem as a broken pipe. Moon Valley had the specialized equipment to correctly identify the problem and saved us thousands of dollars (and weeks of time) in the process. Last year in the dead heat of summer we had Ethan Cardis as our technician when our AC went out. He was absolutely wonderful getting us up and running again. A. O. Smith water heater control box/thermostat died on Wednesday before Thanksgiving. AO Smith Co. recommended deer valley as installer. I called them about replacing the control.



The office staff worked me into the afternoon schedule. Joe sent me a text telling me when he would arrive and photo ID to identify him.



He arrived on time. He went right to work and changed out the control box. He finished the job in about a half hour. He completely cleaned up the work site. He was pleasant and congenial and put up with all my questions.



The fee was fair and reasonable. We had hot water for Thanksgiving, enough said.



I was impressed with whole response! Office and tech were spot on. I would use them again for sure.

Exceeded my expectations. Replaced sewer line and all the drains in my 70 year old house. I have several rental properties and have worked with many plumbing companies, however it is indeed rare to have the company and workmanship go above and beyond my expectation in every way. Option One has made a lifelong customer out of me and I know about plumbing and houses as I am an avid DIY type guy.
