I had two other companies come out to my house to look at my broken AC this past summer (during an extreme hot spell). Both companies charged for a service call. On top of that, they each wanted to charge me an additional $275 to $280 to do tests (diagnostics) for coil leaks — and my AC still wouldn’t have been fixed. I was shocked that my two year old unit could already have coil leaks. One of those companies tried to charge me $270 for adding coolant, which he said might leak out and would have to be added again (with an additional charge).

My son in-law recommended Copeland & Son. The office staff were so friendly and understanding. They sent someone out quickly. The technician was very kind and informative. He knew what was wrong immediately. He said the person who installed my unit (only two years ago) didn’t follow codes when he installed my unit. He said, “There’s nothing wrong with your coils or your unit, it’s your supply line.” All of this should have been done by the installer (who was also one of the two people who came out before Copeland & Son).

I had a king size headboard, footboard, frame and slats in front of my crawlspace door and a ton of things stored in my crawlspace. I’m sure they must have had to move everything to do the repair. Copeland & Son must have had to move everything in front of the door to get in my crawlspace as well, in order to do their work. They never complained or said anything about it. I couldn’t even tell they moved anything, until I recently went in my crawlspace and saw that they actually left my crawlspace more organized and straightened out than it was. I couldn’t tell anyone had been in my house and my AC was fixed.

Thank you Copeland & Son, for being so honest and kind. I won’t call anyone else.

I love Covert! I've used them twice now -- first, they helped me out with an item on a home sale repair list and the guys were on time and did a great resealing the toilet (no more rocking!). Second, I called them from our new house for a leaking faucet. Connie was amazing and got some guys out to help us quickly. Great work yet again! The repair men even helped us out with some other issues that we weren't aware of. I'm amazed by the prices they're charging, because the work is such high quality. I will never use anyone else!

UPDATE: After the issue below was brought to their attention, I received a brand new toilet to replace the one that couldn't be fixed at no additional charge. I'm satisfied with the service I ultimately received.

I paid Michael's Plumbing $367.46 to fix a toilet that's constantly running. After they performed the work (replacing various parts) the problem persisted. My tenant called them and they returned twice but the problem still isn't fixed. My tenant and I have called them at least 5 times and no one has called us back.

Adam did a great job! Very friendly and professional! We need more work in the future and will be asking for him next time around!

Thankfully, I was not in an emergency situation where my water heater was leaking or not working properly, but I was looking to replace my 16 year old water heater before having any issues.

The reviews are real. This was the quote I received this morning for a water heater installation in Franklin. No permit is required in the state of TN. I do not need upgrades for codes as I have an expansion tank and full port shut off valve existing already. I was quoted 1275 and 1500 including the water heater and installation “to code” by two local plumbers. But ARS want $1300 plus then I still have to buy the water heater of a lower quality from Home Depot for $419. Total is $ 1719 - OUTRAGEOUS! $200 for a permit that isn’t required is theft. LOWES handled water heater and installation for a total of $1038. $700 difference

We were renovating our bathroom and discovered that when we turned the water on after removing all the fixtures the shut off valves that capped off the pipe were leaking. We called no problem plumbing and Jason was able to fix it that day so we could turn our water back on. He even stayed after business hours to make sure the job got done. Great service! Great price! Would recommend to family and friends needing plumbing services.
