In the past, I have used several large plumbing companies. They were always very expensive, so when I recently had some plumbing issues I figured I would give Bellevue 1st Plumbing a try. They were great! They did excellent work and the price was very reasonable. Also, they guarantee their work. I will definitely use them again.

Showed up at the time promised—friendly, courteous, and skilled. Did the work, cleaned up behind, and assured us he would be back if there were any problems(“Just call!”). So happy to be able to call on a local, independent small business.

Scheduled to arrive between 10-11am to provide an estimate for work - they didn't show up until 2:15pm. No call or explanation, and ringing the doorbell woke our babies whose nap time we were specifically avoiding. Will NOT be doing business with them.

Forgot to fully tighten toilet feed hose after replacing the wax ring below. DId a lot of damage. I was covered by my own insurance but I got a nasty rate hike I had to eat for this error

I called on Memorial Day and Jason came within an hour. It took 10 minutes to fix. Since it was a holiday I was worried it would take awhile to get someone here. This is the first time I’ve used Bellevue 1st. I definitely recommend this business and I’ll use them again.

Outstanding service, friendly, and punctual. Seriously, if you need a plumber anywhere near Bellevue, please give Waylon a call. I had a leaky shower that I put off fixing for a while. Once he came over, it was fixed within 20 minutes. I would recommend Bellevue First Plumbing to anyone.

I read some reviews and called Bellevue 1st Plumbing and received outstanding prompt, polite, quality service repair at my home the same day I called at a very reasonable price. The service technician called me in advance and was very courteous. He did quality work at a good price. I highly recommend Bellevue 1st Plumbing and I will certainly use them again.

I couldn't be happier with Bellevue First Plumbing. Within 2 hours of placing a phone call in to Waylon & Crew, my leaky toilet problem was fixed. The guys were professional, prompt, & friendly as could be. Pricing was very reasonable as well. I have used Weylin's (owner) expertise a few times now, the last being to reinstall a very messed up and backwards water heater. Weylin came out very promptly after I contacted him, and he tackled the job with complete professionalism. I will use Weylin as my plumber until he retires! If you are in the bellevue area don't hesitate to call he will do right by you.

Weylon came to fix a faucet that would not turn off on Friday night at 9:30. He was at my house about 5 minutes after I called and fixed the problem quickly. I have used him 3 times. Highly recommend!

Plumber cleaned three drains and replaced component of toilet tank for reasonable price. I was also concerned I needed a new water heater. Plumber could've easily told me I needed to buy a new one but instead worked on the heater for a little while and fixed it. I greatly appreciated plumber taking time to fix water instead of suggesting I replace it.

Weylon was super helpful and did an excellent job replacing a flange for installation of a new toilet. Always great to find an experienced tradesman who takes pride in his work and excels in customer service. Highly recommended!

Water Pressure Regulator had failed, and was leaking. Weylin took my call late at night and set up appointment for the next day. He arrived on time with the correct part and fixed the problem quickly. He is now on my list for future plumbing problems. Very courteous and respectful.

Answered at 7:40pm, scheduled me for a couple of days later (it was non emergent, just needed 3 new toilets installed). One super sweet man who I’m convinced is part superhero (these were super old toilets that were extremely big and heavy) did the job to perfection. Prompt, professional, cleaned up everything, fair price....nobody wants to have to hire a plumber but this company top notch.

Had a great experience - Weylin is the man! I needed a thermal expansion tank installed and not only did he help me verify the problem, he agreed to come over and do the work after I got home - at 6pm! He showed up early and got right to it. About 40 minutes later he was done and my problem was solved. Great guy - fast and efficient. If you live in Bellevue, this is your guy.

Weylin Costa is the type of person you would wish all business owners were. Friendly, fare and honest. He came to repair drain in my bathroom and was there 10 minutes. Knows what he is doing and is very dependable.

I hired this service to fix a running toilet. His price was rather high, but I figured it would be worth it for the convenience. However, he ended up using a bad supply line that caused a leak. This ended up flooding my house, causing over $2,500 in damage. I ended up replacing my toilet during the repairs, so his work ended up being pointless anyway.

Waylin (the plumber) was super friendly and came the same day I called him within a few hours. The kicker of it is that my problem was so simple and taken care of so quickly, he did not even want to charge me for it. Needless to say, I do not think this company will be ripping you off! I would highly recommend Bellevue 1st Plumbing and will use them for any future issues I have.

We were very overcharged for a repair. Our normal go-to handyman was unavailable so we called Bellevue First Plumbing. Our normal repairman told us it was an easy job to replace a broken toilet flange and that the part was only $11 at Home Depot. Unfortunately, because of a miscommunication between my husband, who arranged the service call by Bellevue First Plumbing, and myself, who was the one at home when he came, I didn't ask for a quote first. The repairman was here for one hour. We were charged $460. Ultimately, it was our fault for not getting an estimate before the work was done. But, I also feel this was dishonest on the part of the plumbing company.

Hard to ask for anything better. Waylon was extremely professional throughout the whole process. Fair prices, quick service, very friendly and went above and beyond and repaired some minor things that i wasn't even aware of free of charge! I would highly recommend Waylon for your plumbing needs.

Bellevue First Plumbing was fast and professional. First, Jason came out and was extremely helpful, explained everything, and quickly got to work. We still had an issue with the toilet the following day at no fault of theirs. I called that morning and Weylin came out same day. He as well was quick, knowledgeable, and professional. Over 2 thousand dollars of work and repairs were to be fixed prior to house closing but were not completed correctly. Raw sewage has been leaking under our house and pumping into our back yard. Just discovered the mess will update accordingly if the problem is resolved.

Waylin was extremely nice and very friendly. He got the job done in about 15 minutes and then he was on his way! One of the nicest men that I've ever had come to the house for a repair! Plus, he guarantees his work and if something he did breaks, he will come fix it, no charge. If you need a plumbing fix, he's the guy to call!

Extremely happy with plumbing service . Employee Santana the plumber was so professional upon arrival he introduce hisself and apologize for arriving late, explained job ran over at last visit. Went right to work with my kitchen sink explained what he was going to do and why. I highly recommend this company and especially this employee, he represent this company well. Great service , cost was reasonable and reliable. You could not go wrong with this company. I highly recommend them.
