Had a problem with the bathroom toilets backing up. Several other plumbers came out and couldn't figure out what was going on, called servestar and they took care of the problem instantly. Will most definitely call them again.

Had them out to replace a faulty fill valve. They didn't replace it (duped my wife into new seals), then charged us AGAIN when I had them come back out to fix the original problem. They replaced our fill valve with a P.O.S. Fluidmaster that created a water hammer - that ended up ruining the water dispenser and ice maker in our GE fridge. So, after all was said and done, the repair that I now know I could have made myself in 30 minutes for under $20.00 has cost us over $650.00. I wouldn't recommend these con-men to anyone.

I called American Plumbing to check out my clog in the line. They dug up a hole in my yard which is illegal. I went to Murfreesboro and checked with the state. I was then informed that digging wasn't allowed until they inspected it. American plumbing broke the law. They also said I needed a new septic system and they left 6ft hole in my yard. The state inspected it and another septic tank company inspected it and all I need is the tank pumped. This is after the $1800 I was charged for the illegal activities they committed.

Terrible service and quality of work.

Would give them 0 stars if i could. My son in law use to work for them and they do not treat their employees right, very rude and disrepectful, did not teach him the legal ways to do the jobs, did not train him right to be able to have a good future as a journey man. He did call in and you had him going to nashville 3 times in one week cause of your ability to do your job correctly and notice that the paper work is wrong after he had done been there for over 6 hours doing paper work in one week. Fyi if your HR person hadnt been so rude when she answered the phone then maybe she would get cussed at.

I recently had American Plumbing come to my loft in downtown Nashville to replace a faucet in my bathroom. When I phoned, I asked how much the service would cost. I was told that they would have to come to my residence, and give me an estimate. When the two plumbers came to my loft, I was told that it would cost $345 dollars. I had received a $20 discount card in the mail. It took exactly one hour and twenty minutes to replace the faucet. If my calculations are correct, that would come to $287.50 per hour. They informed me that was the going rate. They also advised that according to their company, that was a flat rate. I asked why I was not informed of that when I phoned, their response was..they did not know. If it was a flat rate, then I should have been devised up front.

I have sense that time asked around, and found that this was ridiculous, and no one would have charged such a rate for such a simple job. I can assure this company I will NEVER use them again, and will most definitely advise everyone I know to never use this company. So, to anyone even thinking about using American Plumbing, DO NOT!! And, if you do..get at least three additional estimates! I am a single female, and feel totally taken advantage of!!!!!!
