Shane was incredible! We called for an estimate to replace a cleanout but he found there was a MAJOR blockage and got us in the next day when he repaired two cleanouts and a huge clog completely alone with a smile on his face. It was a long job but he explained everything to us, stuck to his estimate, and left us flowing clean!

Our shower drain detached and was leaking, he did a great job fixing it, replacing some bad pipes installed by a precious homeowner, and clearing the clogged line. He was very thorough and really made sure to fix the problem, not just “put a bandaid on it”. Highly recommend!

This guy was awesome had 2 people come out prior that couldn't fix the clog and wanted me pull up the floors. Shane from the rooter dude came out and spent less than an hour fixing the clog

Was a tremendous assistance with our tankless hot water heater in home and assisted with a nasty clog in the sewer system at my wellness boutique which is part of a larger retail plaza. Don’t be a fool and call someone else. You will pay for it both in overpriced work and lack of quality. Roto is the way to go!!!

I have used The Rooter Dude twice now and both times I've been super impressed! I had a landscaping pipe break during the bad winter storm we had in February and it was spewing water... Shane came to my rescue and fit me in for an emergency appointment. He also fixed a water pressure issue in my kitchen faucet and repaired a leaky tub faucet. Also educated me on a few plumbing things that I didn't know as a new homeowner. I'll for sure be using him in the future!
