Fast, professional and responsive. I called them yesterday afternoon and Benjamin was here the next morning. There were some line items that needed fixing (water heater, toilet, sink pipe) from the home inspection report. He gave me options and how much each option would cost. He was able to replace the water heater, fix the pipe and reinstall the toilet on the same day. The job was done in less than 4 hours. Highly recommend

Not only did they fix the issue, they also registered our heater with the manufacturer, confirmed root cause with the manufacturer, and did all they could to save us money. Additionally, their dispatch team was very accommodating and responsive. Would absolutely recommend using them!

We had a small list of plumbing fixes we needed on our house after buying it ranging from small to relatively large. Eli from Mr. Rooter gave us a great estimate that was the lowest of the companies we met with. His work was high-quality. We will be calling them up again in the event we need anymore plumbing work done.

This rave review is belated, but I just want to sincerely thank Capital City Plumbing and Drain, and especially Ryan, for doing such great work. We were concerned that we had a pipe collapse and that we would need to completely replace our old cast iron plumbing. That day will come, but for now the problem ended up just being a blockage. Ryan devoted serious time and effort to carefully investigating the problem, and then clearing the blockage. We are really thankful for his patience and focus and expertise! Capital City was also a fantastic company to communicate with. They were clear, prompt and efficient with texts and phone calls. Thank you so much again.

Best company I've worked with in the last 8 years at my downtown Austin business. They continue to go above and beyond and explain things to me in a way that I would understand. When I had an issue with my hot water heater another company, reliant plumbing, told me it was going to be between 10 to $20,000 to fix (replace the whole system). Johnny rooter came in identified the problem and all I paid with six hundred bucks to get it fixed. 3 years ago and going strong!Most recently I had a commode go haywire. My technician, Bam Bam, was efficient, knowledgeable, quick and professional. He fixed my issue in the most timely manner and have me great tips to care for my pluming to save me money in the long run.Most of the time they are there within hours of my call. I will always use this 5 start company for my home and business needs!
