My hot water heater died and I called S&D Friday morning. They had experienced technicians out within the hour. They inspected my unit, we determined it’s too old to invest in a quick fix, and they replaced it the same day! Both Garrett and Noah were super friendly and informative. They answered all my questions, and explained everything thoroughly. So grateful!!!

Curtis showed up early (called first) was professional, quick, and took care of everything. During COVID, of course, and it was good to see appropriate safety precautions. Great service.

Don't let the cute ads fool you.Radiant does NOT charge by the hour. All their services are a-la carte. That meant for me that to auger my toilet (after a guest clogged my toilet with plastic), it was a set price of 375$. BTW, the auger left a brown stain that needed a return visit when a magic eraser and serious scrubbing wouldn't suffice.When the auger didn't work, the plumber removed the toilet and placed it in my bathtub (??) thus placing a large chip and some smaller ones into my refinished tub (see pic) in order to snake out the plastic.So what was the total cost for all this? A whopping 785$ plus a 159$ emergency visit fee for 2 (maybe 3) hours of work, using equipment from the truck. Again, Radiant does NOT charge by the hour. Radiant is the only plumbing company I know that makes a lawyer seem like a bargain.When the plumber returned to repair the brown auger stain and re-attach my bidet (long story there), he denied causing the chips in my tub even after I showed him, using the pic I took and a tape measure that the base of that tub impacted the exact spot where the big chip occurred. Instead, he showed me a pic of two smaller chips on my ledge from a pic that I believe was photographed on the day of his return (hmm ..upon your return?).The plumber caused damage to my refinished tub by erroneously placing a heavy porcelain toilet over only a sheet of plastic in my tub. That was so wrong and it was a struggle for him to get the toilet into my tub. I watched it and I should have stopped him there He says there were two chips already on the ledge? Really? I'm not so sure. But I do know he caused the chips in my tub.From the a-la- carte price with no hourly rates, the auger stains and DENIAL of damage in my tub, Radiant truly sucked.

We have been using Blue Dragon for years - he is a straight shooter, and he and his helpers are polite and courteous in your house. In fact, we had him out to clear a drain once and while he fixed it, he showed us how to do it ourselves in the future so we wouldn't have to have him back out. That's integrity. So when we needed a water heater, we called him first and have been happy with the results.

I have, ever since moving into Brushy Creek, utilized A&T Service Plumbing for ALL plumbing issues at our house. After about an hour of trying to go through a home warranty policy to get service on a weekend, I decided to forget that and call Roto Rooter. Immediately knew I did the right thing - professional and efficient service. Alexis (ID 1068) reinforced the impression that I was in good hands. He was very thorough and made sure the problem was solved. Any reason one has water on the floor is anxiety-provoking - Alexis was calming and figured out the issue right away.

This was probably the best repair-related interaction I have ever had.L&P called me MAYBE three minutes after I submitted an Angi request. Unlike another company that contacted me later in the day, they provided best case and worst case quotes! Victor was able to get here EARLY, and diagnose, purchase parts, and install the fix with mind-blowing speed. He was totally willing to explain things, and the price was right on their best case estimate. It was awesome.

Really quick service. Our toilet had backed up at the community center I work at. We had a party later in the day so it was super important that we got someone here quickly. I called around and everyone was either unavailable on Saturdays or were charging 300 dollars plus just to come out. Finally I found Plumb Masters and immediately called them up. Within ten minutes she had a plumber call me. They came out and took care of everything within one hour of my initial call. The price was good too! Really can’t have asked for better.

I give my recent plumbing experience five stars. My hot water heater went out in the morning and they had it replaced and repaired by the evening. The tech David was so professional and easy to work with. He was such a big help, knowledgeable and kind. Everything about this experience was awesome! Moore and More Plumbing will definitely be my plumbing company moving forward!
