Great set of guys, especially thankful for Scott, Jess and Aurelio who found a leak with minimal damage to my house. They were courteous, well spoken, patient with my questions and seemed to really look after us. Well def use them again if i need it!

So extremely pleased with Travis’s service today. I had a major back up in my pipes which flooded my whole bathroom. I called Clarke Kent, who was the 5th place I called, and the only place who had availability to come out. And Travis was at my house 30 minutes later. Talk about fast service. Travis was very knowledgeable and friendly and looked at all the possibilities before finding the clog. He was prompt, courteous, the cost was very reasonable and he was able to fix the clog right away. I was so relieved and if I have any other issues he is who I’ll call!

Jeff from Radiant plumbing was phenomenal for us. We recently found a leak in a guest room of our house that caused mold and we were under a ton of stress to get the issue fixed as soon as possible with a baby on the way. Jeff was able to come out the same day I called (was within an hour after I called actually) and did a thorough assessment of the situation. He then laid out several different options for the best ways to treat the issue and we were able to schedule the work for the following morning. He came out right on time and was able to complete the job within a couple of hours. He was the utmost professional and truly a master of his craft! I can’t thank Jeff and Radiant plumbing enough for their professionalism, thoroughness, and quick response to take care of our issue immediately. From the time I called to when the work was completed was barely over 12 hours in total. You can’t beat that!

Gilbert is awesome, very friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. Our garbage disposal clogged up 2 hrs before we were scheduled to fly to Montreal and he took care of it in no time! Definitely saved our travel plans and disposal. Just recently had him out again to replace a leaky sink basket was just as happy with his work! Our go to plumber!

We had a job where we needed a plumber to relocate a gas line 22' to the attic for an HVAC install and these guys were really great! we have used several different plumbers in the past but these guys used shoe covers and were extremely professional with our customers. Permit was a breeze with them from beginning to end and can't recommend them enough. They were the best and I can assure you we will be using Daniel's for future jobs!

Mr Rooter although they were scheduled for the day worked me in due to the sewer line issue. Michael came out and quickly cleared the issue and then scoped the line to find and show me what caused the problem.. tree roots then explained what was needed to fix it permanently. Great Service from a real professional and restored my home back to complete functionality.

We hired Capital City as part of a refresh on our house before putting it up for sale. We gave Jeff Bogus a list, he bid it, and we approved the work. He then took the liberty of adding on to his scope of work, and got snippy when we told him that wasn't in his bid - that it was on other vendor's work list. We questioned his bill, and endured some of his psuedo-legal bickering. Ultimately we paid his price and moved on - it wasn't worth the trouble. HOWEVER, a month later, we got a $1000 water bill. We asked Jeff to come out and check his work. He refused, saying that since we argued over the original bill, that removes (us from) additional work and warranty. As a recovering attorney, I always find this psuedo-legal babble entertaining. What isn't so entertaining is a plumber that's hard to deal with on the front end, and won't help on the back end when there's a problem. Caveat Emptor.

José provided exceptional service in the aftermath of winter storm Uri. The problem was identified and fixed very quickly, and José explained the process every step of the way. Thanks again to José and the Roto-Rooter team for the enormous help during a challenging time.

You will not regret using Jeff for any and all plumbing needs you have. He is extremely knowledgeable and doesn’t try to upsell you things like ALL other plumbers do. He was able to come out same day to check everything out and was back the next morning to replace our broken 50gallon water heater with a tankless. So grateful and will never use anyone else for all things plumbing related!

Use caution, ensure the price quoted over the phone includes diagnostic! Don't make the $500 mistake that I did.I called Fast Plumbing after my water company detected a steady 10 gal/hr leak, most likely from a toilet not sealing. Melissa was very helpful and they were able to get the toilet fixed the next day. No issues with the quality or timeliness of the work.The problem is that over the phone we communicated that the repair would be $238. Melissa called me and I approved the charge once the plumber had diagnosed the problem- I even added a $20 tip because of how grateful I was with the quick response and repair. However, $798 was charged to my card. I called and Melissa explained that the additional charge was for the diagnostic and discovering where the leak was from. This price was not quoted over the phone.Home Depot and Lowes had both quoted me approximately $400 total to completely replace the old toilet, but i wanted to support a local company, plus I was under the (incorrect) impression that the end price to repair (not replace) the toilet would be under $300.Edit: we were not quoted for $125 service fee and $375 for the first hour of leak detection, per the owner response below. I already had a quote to completely replace the toilet for $400, why would I pay $500 to have a diagnostic? This makes no sense and looks to me like the company is trying to save face.Furthermore I also did not say anything about an $800 water bill, this is simply not true. No idea where that came from - maybe the company is getting us confused with another customer?
