New HVAC system installed. Some issues with cold areas in the house. Abacus has been responsive to our concerns in a professional, timely matter. Scheduled a change with thermostat location next week. Hopefully that will fix the issue.

When the power went out we heard our generator kick on but no electricity in the house. Joe had installed our Kohler generator and we gave him a call. We've used 1st Home and Commercial Services for all our AC needs at the house, from maintenance, to repair, to new installation for years now. Always easy to set up an appointment, they show up on time and provide great customer service and work.

I had a hose bibb that was assembled with PVC in 2022 crack and leak during the freeze in late December. I asked for a repair to the broken pipe and was told I needed a sophisticated rebuild even though my house was only 15 months old and I paid almost $3M for. I felt like I got taken advantage of. What should have been a few hundred dollar repair ultimately because an approximate $1700 completely rebuild of a system that wasn't even broken. Very disappointed.

Excellent service from this company, my air conditioners have always had problems, it broke down, did not work well, and with Turbo Plumbing air conditioners that is a thing of the past with all their products that allow me to enjoy a good environment in my home.

Had a toilet line clog and everyone I spoke with from initial appointment call to coordination and service from Cameron (tech) was great.
