It was a difficult leak repair, but done to the upmost best quality of work.

We had called other plumbers they said they could get to us in about a day! When I called Clark Kent they said in a couple of hours and they did call back (Juan) showed up did the job on a clog line that was back up for days! He was in and out in about and hour there not cheep $300 just for a camera to fined the clog! $225 for the clean out! But a well done job!

I had a simple issue with my toilet, and Benjamin came to fix it. He was courteous, respectful, and got the job done. He even discovered another issue with mineral buildup in one of the tank lines and fixed that, too. Overall, I’d ask for his services again if another plumbing issue arises.

I loved Radiant Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning company. They were reliable, courteous, professional, friendly and were very thorough with explaining what the problems were and the solutions. They were prompt and finished the job within a timely frame. I absolutely loved working with Renee and Arturo, they were the best service techs then anyone else I ever had coming into my home to do repair. They were very hard workers, they were courteous, friendly and explained very clearly to me what they were going to do. I was afraid of have an updated thermostat (as we are old school) but they were very patient and walked me thru the way this new thermostat works and also walked me through on how to install on my phone through an App. I really appreciated them very much and if I ever need someone to come back, I will be requesting Renee and Arturo. I will recommending Radiant to whomever is needing AC, Heating or Plumbing repairs. I HIGHLY recommend them.

WE CALLED MID MORNING ON SATURDAY WITH WATER STANDING IN THE KITCHEN. A PERSON ACTUALLY ANSWERED THE PHONE. ASA WOODLAND CAME OUT AND IDENTIFIED THE PROBLEM. WE WERE SCHEDULED FOR TUESDAY AM. ASA ARRIVED PROMPTLY AND WORKED UNTIL 9PM TO LOCATE AND REPAIR THE LEAKS WITHIN THE WALLS. HE WAS ABLE TO GET US WATER FOR MOST OF THE HOME WITHOUT LEAKS. HE RETURNED TODAY AS SCHEDULED AND WORKED EIGHT HOURS TO FINISH UP. THE WORK WAS DONE WITHIN THE BID AND SEEMS TO BE GOOD. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KEPT US UPDATED ON HIS PROGRESS AND ESTIMATED COMPLETION. THE COST SEEM IN LINE WITH OTHER PLUMBING WE HAVE HAD DONE. ASA IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AS HE IS COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL AND CLEANS UP WHEN THE JOB IS COMPLETE.

Scheduled an appointment and they cancelled and said they'd come the next day. The next day they called 2 hours too early and said they could come. We were out so I said to stick with the original time. Then they called and said they'd be late. They never called again and I finally had to call and cancel because it was too late in the evening. The were hardly apologetic and made no attempt to rectify. Will never attempt again.

I had a burst pipe under my house two days before Christmas. Everywhere I called said it would be weeks and at least a thousand dollars to repair. Boy am I glad I went L&P. They came out the same day and fixed it for half the price quoted to me by other plumbers. They’ll be my first call next time, that is for sure.

I have to admit, I’m not the best at taking care of household items. I’m not rough with them but I’m not great at proper care either. We had a badly clogged drain that we had let sit for a while. None of my attempts to fix it myself had worked. I called fast plumbing and they provided friendly service and they quick too.

I've use these guys a few times and even for a major plumbing issue (e.g. roots penetrated pipe). And I've always found their service to be outstanding, punctual, and professional. I will definitely use them again in the future.

And when addressing my complicated job, instead of complaining, DAVID was happy for the creative challenge and gave me an intelligent work-around that saved money, time, materials and head ache. Their prices are competitive and he offered to bid another project in phase and parts, which gave me options to save money.I’ll definitely use and recommend them in the future!
