Karl did a fantastic job for us. We received his call first thing in the morning telling us that he was on way. Arrived promptly and quickly identifed the problem and consulted me before performing any repairs about my possible solution.He got to work right away and fixed several problems very well. He even took extra care in removing and replacing all components and was very knowledgeable.After he finished up in just a couple hours, he even took care of repairing another plumbing issue i had with an outside faucet damaged by the 100 year freeze. What a great service and my new favorite plumber...a real pro!

Seriously one of the best companies and employees in central Texas. I would 100% recommend these folks and will use them again with any AC needs that arise. Hired another company first to diagnose a AC issue. Was told it would cost thousands to fix. Got a second opinion with Efficient. We were able to work everything out for about $300. Found out the original complaint just lied and wanted to get paid. Super honest people with invaluable knowledge. Thanks again guys!!

They require that you pay $129 to come out and give you a quote on a job where they are charging you an insane amount of labor for the job. They don't provide an itemized breakdown of the job like part cost, labor and tax. This is the shadiest way to conduct business. I would never ever use them for any repair work. Smh!

Had an annual AC inspection, tech was on time, professional and explained what he was doing and checking. The system was installed by FOX a few years ago and has been very reliable and efficient, too. Great service by a great company.

6 months ago the air conditioning in my room broke down, I did not give it much importance since the weather was perfect in my opinion, but due to the increase in heat I felt in hell, I contacted this company to schedule an appointment and they were really effective, they worked fast and have super friendly specialists, they repaired my air conditioning without any complaints, the technician told me that there were problems in the soldering that generated a short circuit and that is why it did not turn on, the technician did an exhaustive cleaning and put new tin on the electrical connections, I was surprised by his handling of the tools, I loved his work.

We couldn't be happier with the outstanding service that Tom H with ARS provided us. He was very professional and courteous. He went above and beyond explaining what he was doing and how to maintain and operate our new water heater. We really appreciate it and would recommend your company to anyone.
