My exterior hose bib needed replacement so I contacted Blue Dragon Plumbing on a Saturday afternoon. Gilbert called me back that afternoon and scheduled an appointment for Monday morning. Had a backed up kitchen sink drain that I had been wrestling with since 9 AM. I called the Roto-Rooter number and within 30 Minutes Andre was at my house. Within the hour it was clear and unplugged and he was done. Andre was extremely helpful, professional, and polite. I will definitely be calling them again in the future when I need plumber or other services.

Had a water leak from an unknown location. They found the leak in my yard and repaired it. All work done in one day. They did leave my yard a mess, but they got the job done. The initial costs are not what you will end up paying. Costs keep adding up fast.

They came 30 minutes late and then gave us 5 minutes to say yes or no to an absurdly high quote. Very disappointing!
