We had issues with billing after a repair. They sent the bill 3 times to an incorrect address. They claim they called me once, but I have no record of it. Happy to clear up the bill at any time, no problem, and I might even have some fault since the address they were sending the bill to was the service address, not the billing address. However, when I commented that this had put me in a bad situation with a client I didn't really appreciate the response (Direct quote) that's fine.OK then. I'll work with vendors who think its not fine
